Nowadays restaurants and their patrons tend to make families with young children feel like a bother and unwelcome — Cheba Hut’s staff is not that way! They were kind to my kids, spoke to them, made sure to ask how they wanted their food and even turned on a kids movie on the tv by our table…on top of it being the best sandwiches ever, these things are what will keep us coming back. “Yesterday I went to McAlister’s Deli and ordered a Southwest Chicken & Avocado Salad as a to-go order, but we were accidentally given the Savannah Salad instead. Normally that wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I specifically ordered the other salad because I cannot stand blue cheese — and the Savannah Salad was full of it, so unfortunately I couldn’t eat it at all.

I called them this morning, and they were incredibly sweet, polite, and professional. Without any hesitation, they immediately offered to refund the money when we came by. We actually chose not to take the refund and instead sat there and enjoyed the Southwest Chicken Salad and soup for lunch.

That kind of customer service and professionalism is honestly rare these days. I’m really proud of McAlister’s Deli and the way they do business. Excellent customer service and a wonderful experience.“

The sandwich was made correctly and tasted fine, but the bread felt a little stale and the fillings were uneven—one half had most of the meat and toppings. The shop looked clean, but the line moved slowly and the staff seemed a bit distracted during the rush. For the price, it’s acceptable when you need something quick, but it wasn’t consistent enough to be a go-to. I’d try it again, but I’m not in a hurry to return.“

“Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.“

“This location has made major improvements in the past year. I eat here a lot as well as being a doordasher I get a lot of orders to pick up from here. I only have one complaint with Caesar. He always takes 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. It is especially ridiculous when you are waiting for an order and he stops working on the order and then goes in the back for 15 minutes before completing the order.“
