We pulled up to the drive thru lane, looked at the menu for a couple of minutes then ordered. Got to the window, met the young man gave him our part (money) THEN waited 26 minutes for a #9 meal which was a small chicken sandwich and tots. He gave us our drink already. What were they doing in there that took them that long to cook a small chicken sandwich. Young people nowadays, have no control or wits. Where's the manager, probably a young one as well.
Ordered on the app and set a pickup time. When I arrived and told the app I was there, it still took an extra 20 minutes to come out. What's the pint of setting a pick up time if they are not going to cook it until you arrive? Anyway, order was correct and food was good.

By far the friendliest and most professional Sonic I have ever been to. The carhop, Talia, came out, introduced herself, then delivered each menu item individually to ensure the order was correct. She also offered to come back out and check on us later. Wish my local Sonic had service half this good.
