First walking in on lunch rush establishment was clean and Joana welcomed me with a beautiful smile. Recommended a few items such as the chicken bowl and took my order with I opted for 2x meal with Mexican rice and unsweetened tea. The food was fresh and fast. After first bite it reminded me of a childhood memory of well that doesn’t matter it’s the past and Pepe is currently my new fav. “Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“This location tends to feel cleaner than the others but the only issue I have with this location is every time I come here they forget something whether it’s onions on my burger or like today they forgot my fries twice or they forgotten my milkshake before, last time i ate in store they brought me and my friends other peoples burger. they always handle it very fast but i wish there wasn’t all these little issues“

“I love eating here. tonight left a sour taste in my mouth . last week I ordered extra cane sauce. it was left out when order was being checked. I went this evening, requested a cane sauce at no charge. I explained reason. cashier checked with mngmnt as I was standing there, manager told the young man that he can't be giving out free food. so what does the young man do? he pays for it. once I realized what was going on, I advised the young man I could pay for it BUT he wasn't giving away FREE food! I PAIS for that sauce. thank you to the cashier an👎👎👎 to the manager !!“

My only recommendation is that staff needs to FILL UP the cups of coffee when serving to the customers. I always buy 2 cups of coffee in the morning but while the whole experience is fabulous and staff is always smiling and attentive...the cups of coffee are only about half or little over that. We pay for a cup of coffee, not for HALF cup of air!
Anyway, I love you guys and think very highly of this location in particular. God bless you and take care!“

“We visited this place for the first time on Saturday, June 28. The food is delicious! The wait staff attentive and the owner was so friendly and welcoming! I am so very picky with Mexican food and I am happy to report they did NOT disappoint! Their dessert (churros with cajeta/ ice cream) was delicious. We are SO going back this weekend to try something new. Visitamos este lugar por primera vez el sábado 28 de junio. ¡La comida está deliciosa! La señorita que atiende las mesas fue muy atenta y la dueña fue muy amable. Soy muy exigente con la comida mexicana y me alegra decir que no me decepcionaron. Su postre (churros con cajeta/helado de vainilla) estaba delicioso. ¡Volveremos este fin de semana para probar algo nuevo!“

I did saw 3 workers Female gen, manager says hello 2nd worker Non- as John ( management as will. This young gentleman made the deference, why. I ate there respectful. And very acknowledge, in Arby's menu. I ask for the new steak burger. He ask me if., I like to know what's in it. He explain. Never thought to get a listen.. lol very knowledgeable and a great help. I highly recommend this store. I also hope that the owners and general managers were recognized as young man, keep going John, I appreciate. I hope to see you in the next one. Thanks! Lt.“

“I have been coming in here twice a week for the last six months. I must say it’s my favorite Quick food place. The people are courteous. The food is great and they never mess up an order, nothing but huge kudos for this restaurant. Actually, I’ve been coming in here the last 10 years and they’ve always done a great job! The manager is always super friendly and so is, I don’t know her name but the lady who normally works the evening cashiers shift for years is so so nice, really if you’re tired of the same old burgers and chicken sandwich come to this fresh hotspot you’ll love it.“
