“Great for a small group, and a perfect lgbtq+ friendly lounge. It's an open floorplan and I didnt see live music or live music, but I know on some nights there are events with bigger turn outs. There is a spacious outdoor area with bar tops and stools, as well as picnic tables. It's dog friendly which is a huge plus for my gf and I, and they offer non-alcoholic and thc drinks as well.“

“We went for the first time last night on a whim and had one of the best dinners and service ever. We had reservations at 6:15, and arrived an hour earlier than planned. The hosts adjusted on the fly and sat us immediately (it was pre dinner rush and there were tables available). Our server Taylor was personable, knowledgeable (knew the menu front to back, including items that weren’t on the menu), and attentive. We started with a couple of their signature cocktails and the meatball appetizer, followed by the surf and turf and veal chops, and ended with the cheesecake and the peanut butter cup martini. Everything, let me repeat EVERYTHING, was amazing. Not once did we feel like we were being rushed by the staff to finish, empty plates and glasses were picked up promptly and discreetly by the busser. Even though it was our first time there, Taylor instantly made us feel like we were long time regulars and friends. The entire experience was top notch. Definitely will be added to our restaurant rotation.“

“The hidden jewel in Lewisville! Established in 1988 and has been a staple for the community with a “cheers” atmosphere. Bar staff is top notch and attentive. “I stopped in this place a few weeks ago. It wasn't too packed, and I hung out at the bar for a while, watching some guys play pool. The crowd seemed to leave about 10:30 and it was pretty empty at that point. The bartender that night was Jadis, who was amazing and very good about answering questions about the leagues and pool tournaments held there. I ordered the pork chop, which was the best meal I had on my short trip as well. If you're in the area, stop by for the pork chop, and ask for Jadis!“

“My husband and I came in for our 19 anniversary. We have been here many time and it’s always the best! We had the best waitress named Ali who made our night and anniversary “top notch!”

We had the Texas 3 dip that she suggested and you have to get it! The pimiento cheese is sooooo good. My steak was cooked perfectly and my husband’s chicken fried steak was bigger than his cowboy hat. Haha.

“We visited Verf's on 9/19/25 and Jose F was our waiter. The food was wonderful, and our waiter Jose did an excellent job checking on us but not becoming annoying by constantly asking if we needed anything. We sat near the bar which was a tad noisy, but the booth we were seated in was uncomfortable and better suited for larger people b/c the table is too far away from the seats. And our table had an uneven wood surface as we cut into our food. Lastly, the $2.50 discount for Police/Fire/Vets should be a little more ... say 15%. Otherwise, it was an outstanding dining experience.“

“I posted a negative review originally… However, Ryan the owner reached out to me personally to try and accommodate and assess the reasons for my review. Ryan went as far as to have a private discussion which I won’t go into, in person! If that doesn’t show the management and staff cares I don’t know what does. I gladly and appreciatively took down my negative review and am overwhelmingly happy with the overall experience we simply hit a rough patch and Ryan did his part to help the customer and fix the problems. I’ve gone to the garage for a long time and plan on continuing to visit and be a regular. Thank you Ryan and thank you the garage for being a good place to come and chill out in. I can happily say I recommend this to anyone that wants to escape the monotonous clubs for some chill vibes, pool, and good drinks.“

I was so lucky to get served by him again coincidentally I got to see him last year on my birthday!! He has always guided me in the right direction learning all the yummy shots. The other day my car battery died when I was trying to get home from class and he helped jump it. Thank you Ramiro and Cecily. I cannot express my thanks enough to every person that works here. “We tried Currywood’s Punjab kitchen last night & were truly impressed by the quality and taste of all the items we ordered. Garlic naan were freshly baked & were so soft👍🏼. Dahi bhalle had the perfect balance of sweet & savory flavor like chaat is supposed to be 🤌🏼 Chicken curry was absolutely melt in the mouth delicious. Meat was so tender which perfectly complemented the soft naan. My fingers didn’t break through the naan trying to cut the chicken pieces. Food was 10/10 🫶🏼 Can’t wait to go again and stuff my face with this yummness 🤤“

“Came to celebrate my sister in law and brother in law’s birthdays, so we had 11 people total. Arrived by noon and they were able to get us all seated pretty quickly! I didn’t hear any complaints about food, but I will say The Sundance Kid burger I had was DELICIOUS! If you can’t decide what side to get between fries, chips, or onion rings… skip the fries! The chips were pure deliciousness in my mouth and my husband and daughter swore up and down the onion rings were the best they ever had. Sophie was very attentive and personable and didn’t mind my 6yo talking too much, which is always a plus when people have patience for the youngest of the younger crowd! Between the atmosphere (even the bathrooms smelled nice and were super clean!), the wonderful staff, and the delicious burgers, we would love to come back! As my youngest said: “I give this place a ten out of ten stars!”“
