“I just wanted to say that I always have a great experience at this location in Lancaster on Pleasant Run. I frequent there about once a week and the staff is amazing! They always laugh and talk with me whenever I come around. Jamal’s chicken is always pretty tasty. Maria usually takes my order and she is so sweet. I met Monique once and she was awesome. The other ladies & cook have been pretty great as well. Thumbs up to everyone!“

We got the box of chicken biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy. We never knew spicy for Church's is seasoned. We appreciate good food and service. It was so great we came back and we were talking to the staff and management on how good the spicy chicken was. The young man immediately apologized that he accidentally gave me the original. I told him it was okay. He immediately made a box of spicy chicken. And for my patience, he gave me both boxes of chicken. To the staff here, keep doing a great job. You're young, but never forget. Grade A Service goes a long way!!!!! Thanks to the staff that day and the regional training manager that allowed them the space to provide an excellent experience that day!“

“While this place is close to home, I had never stopped there until tonight. I let a couple I met place my order for me and was shocked when I got home as how good it was and the memories of my childhood was brought back. “It was fresh. Barbeque Chicken Bone out. I ate eight of them. No shame in my game. Half of an Apple ?? pie ?. The food was picked up by Ms. Charlie. I have not yet sit and eat there. That was the 2nd time that the food was good. I would think that the service is pretty good. I go into the convenience store to check or buy a ticket most of the time.

Parking: There are gas ⛽⛽ pumps at that location. It's busy all the time. You need to be able to take your time.“

“Came to this location placed my order when I got home. I got an incorrect order. I came back. I was upset. The lady that took care of me. Her name was Veronica Reyes. She did not ask me any questions. All she said is that she will redo my order, she got straight to work and redid it. I appreciate this so much. She did a great job and taking care of me“

“We moved to the area about 3 weeks ago, we know nothing about this area my 5 year old and I, she loves chicken it was walking distance, came here got chicken tenders for her, I got the 3 PC mixed, loved it, they gave my daughter candy. We just went again tonight well my daughter wanted the chicken I got last time so we shared a 5 PC mixed, My daughter remembered from last time they give suckers candy if they have them. Well the 2 beautiful young ladies gave her some, made us feel so welcomed, new to the area and just felt at home that was amazing for us. Remind yall, we just moved to the area I took her to the neighborhood around the corner for Halloween yall we walked 2 blocks no candy in her bucket after 2 blocked we just walked home. Single mother with my 5 year old I felt so blessed just to see a smile on my baby face tonight as times have been super hard. And also we tore that chicken UPP. and will definitely be back!!!!“

“It's hard to even know that Champs chicken is located here because there isn't enough signage saying so. However, the chicken is pretty decent. It's a little overpriced, but it's decent. I want them to clean up the outside a little more too“

“Chicken was super spicy and piping hot. Went there around 3pm yesterday and my husband even told the workers it’s good. If this the one by the Fiesta they’re better than what I’ve tried around before. When you see old woman cooking you know they did it right. Mac and cheese ugh but can be made right.
