“Crumble takes the cake!! First time I ever had crumble I could barely believe it they are huge!! We have since acquired a crumble slicer for the sole purpose of cutting the cookies into four pieces. We are so grateful for crumble donating cookies to several church events. Most recently our youth pinewood derby race and a baptismal service. However, if you go from 10-12am the place is usually filled up.The tequila almond croissant is to die for!Conchas are usually not my favorite due to them having no flavor... “Very nice place. Felt welcome walking in the door. They were ready to serve and answer any of our questions. The raspberry tart was so visually pleasing I had to try it. It had a brittle crust. Easy to bite through but firm enough to hold in your hand. The cream was smooth and the raspberries fresh. Tried the walnut baklava. It was very delightful, flaky and sweet but not too sweet. The wedding cake was the fabulous lemon raspberry & grooms cake was a delicious German chocolate cake. “Have never had an issue until yesterday. My second time at this location. No one greeted upon entering the store. Then I was given wrong cookie, and topping was melted. “Beautiful big cupcakes! My first birthday cake was from this place. 36 years later and I'm still eating cakes from here. Ordered my mom who has given our family many Esmeralda cakes, some birthday cupcakes and she loved them. I placed these on a 3 tier cupcake display and it looked amazing.“

They went above and beyond with a custom printed label which included a functioning QR Code that pulled up a YouTube video of Stevie Wonder singing Happy Birthday and we were all amazed! This just showcased their attention to detail (with both cakes) we had no idea this is something they would include and it made the cake that much more special.The flavor was delicious, moist and they offer a wide variety of selections for flavors and fillings. The cake matched the example image we provided and it was ready on time; we had zero issues with ordering a custom cake. “We used this bakery for a birthday party. They arranged the cupcakes into a bouquet that was really pretty. I'm not usually a fan of cupcakes but these were actually tasty, moist and delicious. I believe it was a vanilla cake filled with salted caramel, and frosted with more vanilla (I think) and topped with a little more caramel. Yesterday I picked up a birthday cupcake, turtle flavor and a chocolate mint. All delicious but the surprise was the chocolate mint. The cake was so moist and the frosting had just enough mint flavor. That will be a repeat order. I love supporting local businesses!“

“We recently learned about this coffee shop and love how it's on our route to/from home. All is fantastic; service, coffee, baked goods, and atmosphere. We enjoy each stop.Their beverages are unique in the type of ingredients used, different, and more natural. This makes the drinks taste amazing! “Trust me when I say this, I know bread. I eat bread like a medieval peasant during the middle ages. No one loves bread more than me. But right here are some of the best sourdoughs I have had. Amazing taste, just sour enough to make your taste buds feel like they are dancing on a cloud. My favorite part is you can feel how fresh the ingredients are in this bread. “Fiesta Bakery is within a few minutes drive of one of the UNESCO world heritage San Antonio missions - Mission Conception. Tip: don’t judge the quality of the food inside by the appearance of the bakery on the outside (or inside for that matter). Excellent price-quality ratio and very friendly team working there! We ordered a selection of colorful polvorones (sugar cookies that are crunchy on the outside and softer on the inside), coconut macaroons (rich in flavor, perfectly moist & chewy) apple- and pumpkin-filled empanadas (recommend to eat when slightly warmed), conchas (often the most typical Mexican pastry that is basically a cookie baked on top of a bread roll that are colorful and sweet), cuernos (imagine the shape of a croissant with colorful sugar topping it) and a cream puff covered in powdered sugar. Everything we ordered was delicious! The cream puff and coconut macaroons were eaten upon exiting the bakery mainly so the cream / dairy fillings wouldn’t melt in the San Antonio heat (and because they looked and smelled so good). The cookies lasted a few days in an airtight container and were just a delicious and crunchy as the ones we ate the day we bought them. Whether near the start of your visit to the historic San Antonio missions or near the end, pay Fiesta Bakery a visit.“

Lopez and I went there and paid under 7 bucks for 3 loaves of bread (raisin ?, wheat, and white)-full loaves; three pastries each (6 total), and maybe some cookies for Ms Penni. I don't remember. “We recently got a cake from here for my sister’s bridal shower. It was absolutely delicious and sooo cute/perfectly decorated. The cake was so moist and the pastry creme filling was perfect. But their customer service took it to a whole other level! My sister had originally ordered a cake from another bakery, who canceled on her the day before the shower… she called Rooster Crow and they were so kind and able to do it with only one day’s notice! We were all so impressed. Now we need to go back to try all their other baked goods!“

It was an easy process. The delivery was made this morning on time. Our friends have reported that everything was delicious.
