“I went there with a bunch of my college friends and honestly everything was great. Chips and salsa was excellent and the guacamole tasted great. We ordered a few top shelf margaritas pitchers and they were just as strong as he said they would be. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately my friends were being rude and lying about what they ordered once they saw the price of the bill. Felt kind of bad for our server because our experience couldn’t have been any better.“

“The best homemade comfort Mexican food in town. Unbelievable flavor, owner really puts time and passion into the food. Very unique menu, all sorts of dishes and flavors. “We really like Lupe’s! It’s a little on the pricey side, but we think it’s worth it. The food is consistently good, the atmosphere is enjoyable, and it’s a place we’re always happy to come back to. Definitely one of our favorite spots for a great meal.“

“The queso is 🔥 and so is everything else. You're safe getting anything on the menu! It'll be tasty. Be mindful if you dont like cilantro though, they have a couple sauces that have a lot of it.

“My grandparents owned several businesses in the area and as a child we would go there for lunch. I visited the restaurant last Wednesday for the first time in over 60 years. The food and service were excellent and authentic. I visited with several staff members to share my story and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend visitors to San Antonio to eat at the Blue Moon.“

“Alamo Cafe is a must-visit whenever we are in San Antonio. They have the best tortillas I have ever had, and the enchiladas are absolutely out of this world. The food is consistently delicious, which is why we always make a point to come back every time we visit.
Beyond the amazing food, the restaurant itself is such a unique experience. The decor is full of character and charm, making it almost worth visiting just to take in the atmosphere. Alamo Cafe is a true San Antonio favorite and a place we always look forward to returning to.“
“Rios Barbacoa #2 was amazingly delicious! The barabacoa, tamales and beans are a MUST you must try! The phenomenal customer service that makes you feel like family was an additional PLUS! I recommend anyone wanting the BEST barbacoa and tamales stop at Rios Barbacoa #2 Deco District! That will definitely be our choice always for our family breakfast traditions!“

“Our home away from home, we've been bringing the kids here since they were babies. Tony is a fantastic owner and really takes the time to get to know his customers. You're not just a revenue source here; you're family. The staff know us and are friendly and super fast. On the rare occasion they do make a mistake they are quick to fix it and go above and beyond to make it right. A relaxed atmosphere and very family friendly. Very reasonable prices and the sauces are to die for. Whether you are in the mood for enchiladas, fajitas, tacos, floutas, a salad or something in between, Chuy's has got ya covered. Hands down the best Texmex in town!“

“The service was so good, it stood out immediately. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and seated, and our server helped us almost immediately. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, especially our server.
I had the veggie burger, and it was AMAZING! The flavors all combined very well and even added a scrumptious complexity to the black bean patty. The fries were perfectly crisp and seasoned with a delicious garlic seasoning. I also ordered a margarita that was also very delicious. It was perfectly sweet with a little but of tart in the slushy, and though it didn't taste like alcohol, it made me feel very giddy upon leaving haha.
The restaurant itself was very clean and had a great atmosphere, was air conditioned very well, and smalled like freshly cooked food. I had a very good time at this Chili's :)“

Dietary restrictions: I was allowed to order off the kids menu. Alot of places don't allow that, I was thankful for that, because I've had weightloss surgery so I can not eat much at all. I couldn't even finish the food from the child's menu, I had to take home. THANK YOU FOR ACCOMMODATING ME! And allowing me to order of the kids menu .. ?“

“I am born and raised in San Antonio in which I have always gone to Tex mex restaurants in the city with my family and I’ve never even heard of this place until now. It was way better than I thought and it is a good portion of food. I got the big teka. Their cheese enchiladas were good with the chili on top being the signature part. The puffy tacos they provide were puffed up well and tasty. This is now a good option for whenever I come back into town to get Tex mex.“
