“What an awesome spot. Was going to go to Pappasito's while visiting and my boy said no no no, we are going to Lupe Tortilla and so glad he did. Great chips and salsa. Got the mixed trio with bacon wrapped shrimp, chicken and carne asada and it was perfect! Definitely dip the shrimp in the burger. Kadence was our server and she was outstanding“

“I went there with a bunch of my college friends and honestly everything was great. Chips and salsa was excellent and the guacamole tasted great. We ordered a few top shelf margaritas pitchers and they were just as strong as he said they would be. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately my friends were being rude and lying about what they ordered once they saw the price of the bill. Felt kind of bad for our server because our experience couldn’t have been any better.“

“I just ate there today I had the asada plate & my mom got the cheeseburger w/fries & my husband had the Nicks tacos & we all 100% recommend this place to eat. Also was a very clean restaurant & friendly/nice waitress she did check up on us multiple times. All around great food & great service. we will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. 👍“

“You cannot go wrong with Chuy’s. It’s not a Michelin star restaurant, it’s not fine wine dining, it’s perfect at what it is, which is comfort. All the times I’ve been the staff is friendly and the food is great! Probably the best item in my opinion is their jalapeño ranch dipping sauce, and the know it because you can buy it in bigger sizes. The decor is whimsical and fun too! Gives you plenty to keep distracted by during wait times! Also makes for a great social atmosphere :)“

“My grandparents owned several businesses in the area and as a child we would go there for lunch. I visited the restaurant last Wednesday for the first time in over 60 years. The food and service were excellent and authentic. I visited with several staff members to share my story and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. “I came here with my parents and my dad was really happy with his plate. It was a Friday and they are Catholic so they were looking for more fish options during Lent. They ordered other options and were pleased.
The plates are pretty big, too. The highlight of our experience was our server, Rick. My dad can drink tea so fast and can get grouchy about it, but Rick was on top of it! My dad ordered queso and asked for more chips at one point, so when we were heading out, Rick added a bag of chips to our order. Extra details appreciated, Rick!“

“Our visit on 06/06 was for an anniversary dinner at 5:30pm and the service from Haleigh C. made the evening memorable and special. As always the food was superb and everything we were looking forward to. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and seated immediately, from start to finish the experience was delightful. La Fonda has always been dependable for the wonderful service, the excellent food, and the ambiance of the restaurant whether seated inside or in the courtyard. “We stopped in for lunch. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The salsa is 5 Star!! Some of the best I’ve ever had. The chips are thin and light and pair well with the salsa and queso. The beans are out of this world good. The beef enchiladas were good and the serving sizes are generous. Did I mention the salsa is the best!!!

“We stopped in to celebrate our son's 12th birthday, his wish was to go plane spotting as a family. My husband remembered from his childhood how close the planes would fly while coming in to land at the airport so we decided to visit again. Best choice ever! The staff is kind, courteous and attentive. The patio is absolutely perfect for plane spotting! It is beautiful with an amazing garden themed atmosphere. My son was so happy and smiling so big with the massive planes flying into the runway. Thank you Nicha's! 🥰“
