“OMG!!!! Best Pizza in Lewisville, I'm glad I found this hidden gem! I saw a constant rotation of folks coming and going so I was curious... I met Daniel he is the Sweetest soul ever and noticed that I was new to Marco's and immediately assisted me.. Then Chad made sure the ambiance was unmatched with the smooth soothing music and flavorful food.... I will definitely be back for more!!!! Wana“

“My husband and I live an hour away. My first time going over there was last week and the pizza was delicious not to mention the salad bar everything fresh. The people that work there are so friendly and humble. It's nice, clean, TVs everywhere and great location after doing a little shopping. They have a Buffay Monday through Friday I believe it's 11 AM till 2 PM. Definitely recommend I left out the most important part. They have adult beverages.🍻“

We always have a great experience at this CiCi's Pizza location, thanks to Robert, the manager! His customer service is outstanding, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure families and children feel welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, offering a level of hospitality that you just don't see everywhere. His friendly and professional demeanor makes every visit a pleasure. If you're looking for the best CiCi's in Lewisville, this is the spot! Highly recommend.“

“I went in today and ordered pizza for lunch but I was thinking if I get enough I won't have to cook dinner. My last 24 hours had been crazy and I just wanted to order, get my food and get on to the next thing on my to do list. Charity greeted me when I came in to order but also gave me the best customer sevice. I want to say thank you Charity! You rock!!!“

“From appetizers to desserts, Parma's exceeded all our expectations! Our entire party enjoyed the appetizers, the variety of delicious dishes! Their wings and calamari was a crowd-pleaser! Their portions are plentiful. I hosted my son's graduation dinner there. The staff at Parma's went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, with exceptional service that made us feel truly welcomed. “Driver left pizza on ground didn't use the contactless delivery stand or the two chairs on my porch. Hurries back to car I tried to stop to ask for napkins and plates that were in the notes he said oh was not on receipt then looks at it and says my bad I didn't see that. I go to store and ask for a manager and the general manager is just as rude as he was acting as if customer service didn't matter 😒 🙄.I order alot from here and was very disappointed with the overall all service and the not willing to admit you gave bad service just making excuse telling me time is money for his drivers!“

“Terrible food. They are a disappointment to Chicago pizza and the franchise. Poor ownership and management. I've reached out to not only the owners, but Rosati's corporate as well and both failed to address my concerns and complaints adequately. The pizza literally looks like it was pulled form the garbage and repurposed.“

“I somehow made the mistake online of choosing carry-out instead of delivery. I called the 1301 FM 407 ste 209 store in Lewisville and quickly got an answer and the problem was corrected. I thought I’d forsure get a cold pizza 45 minutes later. Nope, they had the pizza to me in 10 minutes. Probably the best pizza and cheese sticks I’ve ever had. Management and employees deserve an A+.“

“This location is usually pretty good! I order delivery quite often and they always deliver in time.
Probably has nothing to do with the owner or workers but not sure why I get endless notifications for a free 2 topping pizza but when I go to redeem it’s nowhere to be found!!“

“This place makes awesome Detroit style pizza. I barely knew that was the thing until recently. I think it's better than Chicago style pizza and this restaurant uses fresh ingredients for an awesome taste. Fun little restaurant with great staff.“
