“When Dahlia's is good, it's very good - I just wish they'd be more consistent. On this trip, good service, but the food was meh - and if you're going to have three young men standing around the host stand (how many hosts do you need?), maybe get them to actually DO something, like wipe down the disgustingly sticky menus, refill customer water glasses or something. \nBut we'll keep trying it whenever we're in the area - sometimes the food is outstanding.\nWish they had a fruit pie once in awhile, though . . .“

“Well if anyone needs an excuse to go try a smash burger from The Boss Cheesesteak, this is it lol. Probably one of the best burgers in general that I’ve had in a really long time. I got a triple but ate it before I could get a good pic. It was massive, hot, fresh, cheesy and so filling. 5 stars all around. Tried their #1 cheesesteak yesterday and it also did not disappoint. “I love this place. We usually go several times during the month. We love our Cosmopolitan drinks always made with our favorite Grey Goose Vodka. The food is amazing. I’m not really into spicy but here I can handle it. Last but no least… the service! The customer service. Fast, kind, always with a smile open to help and give you advises. They are so skilled and knowledgable. Waiters knows al the plates, and tastes. Also huge shout out to my Venezuelan friend. He is a bus boy and he is always goes above and beyond. I’m Venezuelan and it’s really nice to see him. Every time he knows I’m there he comes to say hi, give us a recommendation too and more! He is just awesome! Thank y’all“

My family doesn’t eat meat but we do enjoy the quality of the spicy Fries and the impossible (tm) offerings.

Honest Mary is a fast-casual kitchen preparing vegetarian, gluten-free and healthy bowls at their two branches in Austin. We stopped by recently and did their Sedona Lime and Med Harissa Bowl, both were freshly prepared and tasted very good. You can also do custom bowls choosing your own proteins, rice/salad base and other food items/sauces. Prices are about right for the food quality and portion sizes served. Seating area is a regular, casual restaurant and bowls are prepared fairly quickly.“

“My son had been craving steak for a long time so I took him to Longhorn Steakhouse. The wait staff was great, my son got the Flo's Filet and I got a sirloin and loaded baked potato. The steaks were perfectly done and delicious. We both left full and happy!“

We usually pick up from the Leander Smokey Mo’s, and the in-store staff is just as outstanding. They’re friendly, double-check that everything is correct, and always help load the big orders into the car — which is hugely appreciated.

We had an early Wednesday morning and decided to stop into Snooze for the first time around 8 AM. The vibe is very retro, fun 60s/70s energy with a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Since it was early, it was nice and quiet with plenty of open tables. We were greeted right away and immediately seated at a table with more than enough room for my daughter’s wheelchair, which I truly appreciated. Accessibility always matters.

I ordered the Bella Bella Benny, an Italian twist on Eggs Benedict. The cream cheese hollandaise reminded me a bit of Miracle Whip. My first bite caught me off guard and I wasn’t sure about it, but as I kept eating it grew on me and was overall good. Taste is subjective though, and personally I wouldn’t order that particular dish again. That said, the presentation was beautiful, easily five stars there.

I substituted the hash browns for a bowl of fruit with pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries, and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, colorful, and flavorful. With a black coffee and water, the total came to $24, which felt reasonable.

Our waitress Ashe was phenomenal. She had such a great attitude and genuinely made me feel like a VIP. The atmosphere and staff are five stars all day. The food was good, just slightly off from my personal flavor preference this time.

I will definitely be back. After ordering I spotted the corned beef hash on the menu and that is already locked in for next time. Looking forward to it.“
