“Earlier this week, I was having an absolutely terrible morning. I hadn’t been to Tropical Smoothie in a long time since we usually order delivery, but for some reason I decided to stop in person that day. Of course, with my luck, I accidentally dropped my smoothie and it went everywhere across the floor.
I was completely embarrassed, but I believe it was the manager who immediately came running over to help me. He was incredibly kind, smiling the entire time, and his positive attitude was honestly contagious. I walked in feeling stressed and left feeling happy, despite the spill.
My son even teased me afterward for dropping my drink, but I told him we definitely need to start going back in person because the customer service there was exceptional. I’ve honestly never been treated with that much kindness after spilling a drink (It's usually my youngest spilling a drink).
If you're ever having a bad day, I do recommend stopping in so they have the opportunity to turn your day around too. This location deserves an A+ for customer service.“

“Excelente servicio y muy rico todo! Recomiendo 😋🤤“
“So I was going through my mail and tossing out the crap that makes me question my existence and upsets me for wasting my life reading pointless things. Then I saw the catchy, and straight to the point flyer for this place. Boom. Next thing you know I’m loading up one of the kids and headed down here. When we walked in we were greeted warmly and were given some great recommendations. Wound up getting a couple smoothies and a quesadilla. Usually I’m skeptical about quesadillas due to past experiences with Taco Bell in my younger days, I must have hated my stomach. Everything was on point and the establishment was very clean. Thanks to the flyer I got in the mail, I’ve found a new regular spot that will contribute to taking my money, just like my wife and kids do so frequently.
10/10 will be back.“
“From the moment they opened and did a community week of free drinks, we knew we would be regulars. Their flavors are great, and their customer service is always on point. Alaya and Emma helped us today and definitely reinforced this opinion. The literal only downside is how terrible the internet reception in the entire area is, but that’s hardly their fault. We’ve been trying to post this review since before noon. If you pull up whatever apps you need before you get there, you should be fine lol. Highly recommend.“

“I wanted to try a new place and I’ve been on a health journey. I am so glad I found this place and the amount of options is awesome. The lady that helped me this morning was so sweet and helped me find something I would like, she had awesome customer service. I got a strawberry banana meal replacement shake and it’s so good. Overall 10/10 definitely recommend this place!“

“I really liked the high ceiling, slick and modern interior and large windows bringing plenty of natural light indoors.
The staff were warm and welcoming.
The Mexican mocha with cinnamon spice was really good! All coffee is served in to-go cups.
The chocolate croissant was yum but a bit pricy for the small size.“

“Rae is the best and an absolute Rockstar!! I came to visit this morning and it seemed she was working alone, but still had the biggest smile on her face and went out of her way to still ask about my day. I would come back time and time again just to see her, the service was amazing and she is a fast one. Dutch Bros get this girl a raise and some more staff to help her out“
