The restaurant was clean and the presentation and taste of my turkey capri sandwich reminded me of why I like this chain. So when coming from Austin, skip all those other quick eats and stop in to this Schlotzskys location. They open early too (before 10) .“

“There used to be this one guy who worked there who was super cool and had long hair. He was pretty rad. The manager and assistant manager were pretty cool as well.Mostly that first guy though. Left about a year ago and haven't seen him since but I honestly want to give him half my life savings. They didn’t flinch and followed perfect protocol, they won my business away from potbelly and Jimmy Johns. Seriously, because of the staff. “I have Celiacs Disease, so I have to be very careful with gluten and gluten contamination. I'm extremely sensitive to it, so even a tiny breadcrumb can cause a bad reaction. Not only does Firehouse Subs offer the BEST gluten-free bread you can find, but this location, along with a few others I've visited, take all the right steps to ensure that my food is safe!! I've ordered from this location multiple times over the last few years, and I haven't had any issues! Great job, FS staff! I highly recommend!
