“My wife and I ate at PF Changs at The.Colony, Texas. First our waiter David was amazing. He was personable, knowledgeable and made a positive lasting impression on us both. A wonderful and intelligent young man. The food was exxellent, absolutely the best Hot & Sour soup, Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef and.Honey Seared Shrimp. David surprised us with a slice of the Great Wall of Chocolate and made the night complete.“

“First time I went with my friends was last year, the wait was long but the food was flavorful and good.

However, I went back today with my boyfriend, we got the stir fry mushroom, pepper with steak, and combination hand pulled noodles.

-Stir fry mushroom was flavorful. Got that pepper kick.
-Pepper with steak was too salty, gravy was a little thicker.
-Combination hand pulled noodles was okay, the beef, chicken and shrimp was all the way at the bottom but barely have any..

On top of that, I got there around 1pm. But the restaurant opened at 11am. And it was so hot in the restaurant, even the restroom hallway was cooler.

Overall, the services were fine. The lady was all by herself. I think the food went down a little bit from last time I went with my friends. ☹“

“This was our first visit to Bushi Bushi but I can tell you it won’t be our last this place was absolutely amazing. We got there when they opened at 4:30PM and was greeted with a smile by the staff. “I’ve been coming here since 2015, and after more than a decade it is still one of my favorite restaurants. The food is consistently fresh and beautifully prepared. The ginger dressing is hands-down the best I’ve ever had, the vegetables are perfectly cooked, and even the jasmine rice with toasted black sesame seeds shows the attention to detail they put into every meal. The staff is warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Today they refilled my miso soup without me asking and even boxed my leftovers for me at the table—something I usually only experience in fine dining restaurants. “Really good food! We got the pork fried rice, Singapore noodles, chicken broccoli and orange chicken. The fried rice was simple with just the rice, pork, bean sprouts and green onion which I actually really enjoy. It’s not loaded down with filler veggies. The Singapore noodles were good with just a bit of spice to them. We all agreed the chicken broccoli was the best. My husband said the orange chicken was good and not overly sweet. We couldn’t find any current menu or prices so we grabbed a current menu to go.“

They are much tasty than the bubble milk tea. If you like the aroma of tea more than sugar. Their Hong Kong milk tea will blow your mind. “We took our guests from out of town to experience some of the best Asian cuisine in the DFW area, and Chocho Hot Pot did not disappoint. The restaurant features a luxurious interior, an excellent selection of dishes with inviting presentation, and top-notch service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. “I was raised on NY Chinese food, and since moving to DFW in 2017, I’ve struggled to find anything that really compares. Golden Pot is honestly one of the best contenders I’ve found so far!

The chicken egg rolls were a 10/10! Easily some of the best I’ve had here. The egg drop soup was also excellent with amazing flavor. I tried the St. Louis chicken fried rice, which was flavorful and definitely better than most of the Chinese fried rice I’ve found in the area. It’s not quite the NY-style fried rice I grew up with, but very good in its own right.

The Beef Cho-Cho had great flavor as well. Next time I’ll ask for it well done because I personally like a little crisp/char on the edges. The sesame chicken was also very good and wasn’t overly breaded.

I ordered through DoorDash and everything was prepared and delivered surprisingly quickly. Overall, I was really impressed and will absolutely order from Golden Pot again. If you’re a NY transplant searching DFW for good Chinese takeout, this place is definitely worth trying!“

“Our favorite place for dry pot. We love the concept that we can add in what we like. This is def an underrated place. We get spiciest level and it adds more flavor along with it. It is ran by an old man by himself who speaks barely any English. The place looks bare with no direction on how to order. I feel like if they removed the language barrier and added more decor to their spot, they would get more customers. Def a must try.“

“We've been coming here for years and the food has been consistently good. The owner is getting older though so we hope they continue to stay in business. Service is always friendly. In addition to traditional Burmese salad, noodle, and rice dishes, they also serve some breakfast items.“

“Met a friend here who has been here multiple times. I went with small egg drop soup and the Tofu Pad Thai.

The soup was standard, good. They brought out the crispy wontons to go in our soups (which I'd heard an earlier reviewer saying they weren't doing at the time they visited).

The flavor of the Pad Thai was just alright. Not completely bland, but definitely not as flavorful or flavor-noticeable as other Pad Thai dishes elsewhere.

But...the portion sizes are HUGE. Very very generous on the portion sizes! The 'small' egg drop soup here is probably close to a large egg drop soup elsewhere. And the entree portions are easily enough for two regular meals.

I will be coming back, to try some other main dish, to see if it hits the mark better. They have a wide variety of both Chinese and Thai dishes, so the possibility to find something better than the Pad Thai is good.

“Biased review as I grew up on the fried rice served here. Loved it all my life, even after becoming vegetarian and after the recipe changes.
