The Pad Prik Gaeng (stir-fried pork with red curry paste and long beans) was spicy and delicious. The pork rib curry (Kaeng Kua) was rich and flavorful, and the grilled pork neck was tender and juicy. “We had a group of 10 and we were only allowed a table for 90min, then we were asked to leave so they could seat another table. Sat at 5:25pm and asked to leave around 6:50pm. We ordered appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I found it a bit rude to ask a large party who indulged in three courses to get up as soon as we paid the tab. We love noodlewave- have been going for 20 years at the Richardson location and never been so rushed... will probably avoid the Frisco location for dine in.“

“I LOVE this spot, I frequented the location in Victory Park previously, however the Plano location is by my home and it did not disappoint! The food is always fresh, pipping hot and flavorful! You must try their yellow curry, it is a standout, truly one of the most flavorful curries I have had in any city - delicious! I also highly recommend their drunken noodles, Pad Thai and fried rice! The VP location is take out only, the Plano location has a few tables for dining, know going, you are there for the food, not the vibe! I always do take out, you can customize each entree on line, the order is always correct, hot and staff is very accommodating! Be careful when ordering that you select the correct location!!“

“Absolutely terrible manager! Please avoid this restaurant at all costs if you value good customer service. I'm still in disbelief! We ordered around $170 worth of food. Our only mistake was sharing a few sips from my refillable cup with my friend. That's it! The manager overreacted, making a huge scene, even though I apologized and offered to pay for the additional drinks. We ended up paying for three extra drinks. I have the receipt to prove it. ** Yet, he still called the police on us! ** The police officer was literally laughing when we explained why the manager called him. Let me elaborate to make it clear that I'm not just biased against him. We were a group of six. Initially, we had a friendly guy at the counter who offered suggestions and helped us navigate the menu since we're not familiar with Thai food. However, the manager suddenly took over, removed the friendly staff member, and behaved erratically, as if he was drunk (though I'm not saying he was drunk). He refused to offer suggestions. When we asked like what manu is popular here, or what should we order, he said every time that thats our own choice. The waiter served our food quickly and then disappeared for the rest of our meal. He went out of the restaurant. The manager literally reminded us three times that the waiter was gone and that we should leave a tip on the counter for him if we wanted to. OMG!! It was as if it was a crime to start eating without giving a tip! When the manager noticed us sharing drinks from the refillable cup, he became rude and confrontational, saying it was against their store policy. I apologized and offered to pay for it, but one of my friends protested slightly, feeling humiliated by the manager's behavior.Then he got furious. He started shouting at us. We paid for the additional drink, didn't finish our food, and were ready to leave. However, I wanted to report his behavior, so I asked for his name. He refused to provide any information about himself or his superiors, repeatedly stating that he was the manager and the only one we could talk to. Then I tried to take a photo of him for our reference. He immediately called 911. He showed no respect or value for customers. This is not the kind of manager any restaurant would want! Absolutely the worst!“

“After grocery shopping at HEB, we decided to try a Thai restaurant around the corner. The portion sizes were generous, providing enough food for dinner tonight and possibly tomorrow night! I opted for the orange chicken and fried rice, while Mike chose the pineapple fried rice with beef. And the vegetable egg roll and sweet & sour sauce was delectable. (I think my taste buds have caught up with my age 😂) Everything was delicious!! 😋“

“I’ve been coming here since 2015, and after more than a decade it is still one of my favorite restaurants. The food is consistently fresh and beautifully prepared. The ginger dressing is hands-down the best I’ve ever had, the vegetables are perfectly cooked, and even the jasmine rice with toasted black sesame seeds shows the attention to detail they put into every meal. The staff is warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Today they refilled my miso soup without me asking and even boxed my leftovers for me at the table—something I usually only experience in fine dining restaurants. And all of that, including iced tea, came to under $17. This place is an absolute gem.“

“This is a small but quant corner, you have a variety of stores Tom Thumb being one of them. Then you have numerous eating places like on the border, some kind of Chinese one on the same square as On The Border and many others. Plus you have Chase Bank. You can get in and out from three different sides, coming off of the Dallas Tollway, Parker road or the first street after the Tollway. Makes it convenient and fast to get in and out of there.“

But they surprised us by how fast things was done. great food, very tasteful. We love seafood so we had to order seafood platter for 2 for price EUR 59. “I recently returned to Yum Asian bistro in Frisco after ordering from a few other places that I thought were equally good or better. Their food quality has changed for the better. “Met a friend here who has been here multiple times. I went with small egg drop soup and the Tofu Pad Thai.

The soup was standard, good. They brought out the crispy wontons to go in our soups (which I'd heard an earlier reviewer saying they weren't doing at the time they visited).

The flavor of the Pad Thai was just alright. Not completely bland, but definitely not as flavorful or flavor-noticeable as other Pad Thai dishes elsewhere.

But...the portion sizes are HUGE. Very very generous on the portion sizes! The 'small' egg drop soup here is probably close to a large egg drop soup elsewhere. And the entree portions are easily enough for two regular meals.

I will be coming back, to try some other main dish, to see if it hits the mark better. They have a wide variety of both Chinese and Thai dishes, so the possibility to find something better than the Pad Thai is good.
