“Probably the most picturesque place to eat tacos in North Texas.Excellent fusion style food; my personal favorite are the Thai BBQ fajitas which arrive sizzling on a cast iron griddle in a waft of aromatic smoke. Just the right side of spicy accompanied by delicious melt in your mouth home made steaming fresh tortillas.The best seats are overlooking the lake with the mini volcano and animatronic shark!!!!“

“I’ve ordered here several times this past month. Food is always Always consistently good, flavorful, cooked well. There are other Vietnamese restaurants that have big menus but the food is not as palatable or authentic. I don’t have to cook anymore! They even have smoothies-yay! I enjoy the grilled beef vermicelli and grilled pork with grilled jumbo shrimp very much. Keep doing what you’re doing ?“

“This was my first time in after passing this lovely restaurant by so many times before. I am so glad I stopped! The food is light, refreshing and wonderfully prepared. I had the Salmon Santorini bowl. It was so delicious! The staff is so friendly and attentive. Do yourself a favor and try it out!“

“I had a wonderful brunch experience at Mexican Sugar today! Despite the hot weather, my friend and I chose to sit on the patio so she could have her puppy with us. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had two waiters, both of whom checked on us regularly, even though we were the only ones outside. One of them even brought water for the puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The manager also stopped by several times to make sure everything was perfect, and he was incredibly friendly. And let’s not forget the food—it was absolutely phenomenal! From the service to the cuisine, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend Mexican Sugar for a fantastic dining experience!“

“I can NOT brag on this place enough. I started going here when they first opened by Joes Bait (before Matt and Terri bought it) and it’s only gotten better since! I might go there 4-7 days a week but I’m treated as a new customer that they want to keep forever. Matt goes without saying…hands down always trying to please. BUT Alex, she’s amazing. I’ve NEVER caught her without a smile and genuinely pleased to see me…even if it’s 5:45 on a Friday. Thank yall so much for helping me gain weight with new flavors (cookie sandwich and Oreo stuffie for life!) every week and never judging me if I come twice in a week. Yall have def won a forever customer!“

“We visited Verf's on 9/19/25 and Jose F was our waiter. The food was wonderful, and our waiter Jose did an excellent job checking on us but not becoming annoying by constantly asking if we needed anything. We sat near the bar which was a tad noisy, but the booth we were seated in was uncomfortable and better suited for larger people b/c the table is too far away from the seats. And our table had an uneven wood surface as we cut into our food. Lastly, the $2.50 discount for Police/Fire/Vets should be a little more ... say 15%. Otherwise, it was an outstanding dining experience.“

“Our family loves Capital Grille! The steaks are consistently perfect, and if they’re ever not the restaurant make things right every time. Our favorite has to be the porcini rubbed rib eye!
The entire staff—from the hostess, to the servers, to the managers—always take exceptional care of our whole family which we deeply appreciate.
My only wish is that the restaurant would update its decor. It’s dark and dated and unfortunately not a very beautiful restaurant.
We will keep coming back because the service and quality of the food is consistently outstanding! Thank you for always taking such good care of us and making our experience so special!“

“The food has always been very impressive. I can't believe how good the Poke Bowl with Tuna is. Just over a year ago, I learned that I had a reaction to wheat and gluten. Thankfully, there are a good number of gluten free options on the menu. Wish I didn't have to limit myself, but I'll take what I can. Staff is great, too.“
