“I usually go in there at least 6-6 times per week to this location and had a great experience. They know my order to the T. But after the experience I had yesterday I will start traveling to a different location. The girl was rude, charged me for kale but forgot to put it in the cup. I called in my order and it was wrong. I was running back to work. I told her I didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade. I asked if I could give her my name and I just get the kale next time and she said no. I said well can I have your first name and I’ll let them know the next time and she said no. I asked for the manager name and she said no. I asked for a refund and she said no. This is my last time going to this location and you would think if you have a dedicated customer who comes daily why would that be an issue. It only takes one bad apple. My money is good elsewhere.“

“We went for lunch and it wasn't crowded. We got seated quickly to a perfect table in the corner. The server was pleasant and got the order correct. The timing was very good as we had time to talk, eat salad and bread sticks before the chicken parmesan came out. The food was the perfect temperature.“

two issues i have is one it feels icky inside, I know its cleaned but idk maybe musty? Second is having one door locked feels pretty uninviting maybe even illegal? Idk the fire codes confused me. anywho, I applaud your employees, They do an amazing job and they look like they have fun while doing it. Definitely will come back“
