“I usually go in there at least 6-6 times per week to this location and had a great experience. They know my order to the T. But after the experience I had yesterday I will start traveling to a different location. The girl was rude, charged me for kale but forgot to put it in the cup. I called in my order and it was wrong. I was running back to work. I told her I didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade. I asked if I could give her my name and I just get the kale next time and she said no. I said well can I have your first name and I’ll let them know the next time and she said no. I asked for the manager name and she said no. I asked for a refund and she said no. This is my last time going to this location and you would think if you have a dedicated customer who comes daily why would that be an issue. It only takes one bad apple. My money is good elsewhere.“

I ordered Alfredo which I usually do, it tasted off to me, I thought it was just me, but my daughter had ordered it too and she also said it tasted off. Got the creamy mushroom for second dish and it was much better. The soup also tasted off, but my daughter said hers was fine.“

Between the four of us, we sampled quite a bit of the menu: the salt and pepper shrimp, smashed cucumbers, two orders of the super garlicky noodles, the creamy coconut tom yum noodles, the monthly specials, and all three desserts. Our visit to Cappyccino’s was fantastic! From the delicious food to the exceptional service, everything made for a wonderful dining experience.

Elisa provided outstanding service! She was attentive, frequently checking to make sure our drinks were filled and that we had everything we needed, without ever being overbearing. Kyle, the General Manager, also took the time to answer our questions about their other family-owned restaurants. We really appreciated his friendliness and willingness to share!

Now, let’s talk about the food!

Crab Rangoon Dip: Served with chile crisp and wonton chips, this appetizer was incredibly savory and packed with flavor! A little tip: If you’re not a fan of spicy food, ask them to leave off the extra chili flakes on top.

Asian Salad with Chicken: A delicious combination of Asian slaw, wontons, peanuts, chile, and cilantro. Every bite was bursting with flavor! My recommendation: If you prefer your chicken breast to soak up more of that delicious Asian flavor, request extra dressing on the side.

Steak Melt: WOW! This sandwich was loaded with generous portions of incredibly tender marinated ribeye and tenderloin, caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, and horseradish mayo on toasted French bread, accompanied by a flavorful rosemary garlic beef jus. Definitely not a sandwich that skimps on the meat! The accompanying Caesar salad was equally delicious and full of flavor.

Overall, Cappyccino’s delivered on both food and hospitality! It’s refreshing to experience a restaurant where the staff genuinely cares about their guests and the food lives up to expectations.

We’ll definitely be returning to Cappyccino’s, and we’re now looking forward to exploring their other family-owned restaurants as well!“

“I went with my mom and my sister on Thursday afternoon. It turns out they’re more of a take out place but it was a nice vibe and the lady who helped us was very nice. I got the Eden Salad and sweet potatoes. We ended up taking our lunch to go. So good! It was a big portion so it actually lasted for two meals. I’ll order them to go next time but will definitely order again. Highly recommend if you like veggies and fresh tasting food. I wanna try their other salads next time.“

“We live in Hollywood Park and Purple Garlic is right in our neighborhood. This is such a wonderful restaurant! The staff is so friendly and fun! It’s literally almost like Cheers “where everyone knows your name” even if you haven’t been there in a while! The food is excellent, always served fresh, extremely delicious and hot out of the oven. They have a nice wine list, but you can also bring your own vino. We’ve always had great dining experiences at Purple Garlic and that’s why it’s been so popular for all these years!“

“Best boba spot in San Antonio, reasonable prices, and they give you a stamp card where on your 9th drink, you get the next one free! They have so many drinks to choose from, my favorite is their house special brown sugar milk tea with Oreo crumble and strawberry jelly! You can’t go wrong with the strawberry milk tea, or even make something like a peach milt tea which isn’t even on the menu but they will help you make your dream boba! Everything has tasted so good. You can work here, have small group meetings, just chill, sit outside and enjoy a nice cool drink on a hot day like Texas here has, or even bring your partner. Woori tea house has given me so many memories and the owners are just amazing and the friendliest.“

“I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my favorite place to eat in San Antonio. Located near the airport in a tucked away location, RO-HO Pork & Bread is a hidden gem. This is comfort food at it's finest. Ro-Ho has many great things on the menu, but they are best known for their Torta Ahogada, and it's what I get almost every time. The torta is always hot, the carnitas cooked to perfection, and the tomato salsa is to die for. You can get the torta with straight carnitas or you can mix it up with carnitas, pork stomach and skin, which is what I usually get. The torta also comes with cabbage, onion, radish and lime. No matter how you order it, it's going to be great! The place is super cool, with Mexican artwork and music. There is inside seating and an outside covered patio as well. Everything you can get to drink from the cold case is always ice cold. And they serve one of my favorite Mexican beers, Victoria. Chef Rojo is often around and greets customers. The ladies that work the register and food line are so friendly, and will answer questions if it's your first time. The place fills up quickly at lunch, so keep that in mind. I drive clear across town for my Torta Ahogada fix, if that says anything! Check this place out!“

Tucked away in a small strip center, and some would say "it's on the other side of the railroad tracks" DON'T let that fool you! We ordered two rounds of drinks and each time our waiter looked at the glasses before pouring and one time put a class aside. She was very knowledgeable about the food and wine. We had ZERO issues paying the price point due to the elevation of the meal. we ordered the mushroom risotto.I don't want to attempt to explain the flavors... just try it. we had been told that this was a new dish on the menu, and to give our feed back. here you go, "Don't change a thing"! Yes, that was my outside voice! Bread... why bother writing about bread? It's one of our vices in life. It was as good as any bread we have been served in the US and in Europe... yes Europe. “Been going to the Anderson Lane location in North Central Austin every 2 weeks for many years (even before Covid). It always is good fuel and fits in my budget. Just now sitting down to do a review. Always good, always fresh. The staff and managers are always friendly and helpful and the place is always clean. Also I was telling the manager that I'm glad they now fresh squeeze lemons for real lemonade. We were talking abt clean ingredients and he told me they use rice bran oil to fry fish and avacado oil for their chips. Wow! Awesome! This is one of the few places I will get fried food around town bc other places use dangerous chemicals in their frying oils. Cabo Bobs, keep it up!“

The food and drinks were delicious!! The paella was hands down the best I've ever had. There's a wide selection of tapas to chose from and the ones we selected did not disappoint. “My wife and I are here for a reunion. We're staying nearby and love Mediterranean food. Pasha's was near and we dropped by blind. This is the best decision. We came in right after the lunch rush and though the restaurant was still somewhat full we were quickly seated and our drink orders were taken. The drinks were brought along with a very large warm pita and a dish filled olive oil, feta cheese, and, ground oregano (?). I could have made a meal of that alone! My wife order salmon with rice and I order the lamb shank stew. After a short wait, the meals were brought to the table. Please understand, I'm a big man with a huge appetite. The moment I saw my plate, I knew I was going to need a "to-go" box. If you and your significant other love a hearty meal but you don't eat large portions, I recommend ordering one and sharing this!. I trave the world, this is the best lamb shank stew I have ever had! The meat falls off the bone and the flavors explode! The salmon, according to my wife was grilled to perfection. A light crust on the outside and very moist on the inside. During our meal, the owner would visit every table to see how his staff was doing. Our server was outstanding and we showed our appreciation to him. After dinner, we ordered baklava (both pistachio and cashew) to-go. (I took a bite of the pistachio already, it's homemade and quite delicious.) The next time we're back in San Antonio, this will be a mandatory stop. For those who live near here, please put this on one of your places to visit. I promise you, it will not disappoint.“

“The pizza here is so delicious!! I love the honey bexar pizza and zeppoles. The young woman that rung me up I think her name was Maddie was soooo sweet. The girl with half blonde half brown hair was also very nice and brought my order out to me and made sure I was all good. Highly recommend this place.
