“Wonderful little hidden gem (that's maybe becoming not quite so hidden). I attended a special wine dinner here and, even though I don't drink at all, I still really enjoyed the meal. The food was all thoughtfully prepared and felt truly like dining at a friend's home. Everything was so personal and intentional.

I was sat at a communal table with other solo diners which led to some really interesting conversation. We all bonded over our appreciation of the food.

“I have tried almost every Sushi spot in San Antonio and Shiro stands above and beyond everyplace I have been to. Every single piece of Sushi was super fresh and just melts in your mouth, it is honestly going to be hard to go anywhere else after having been to Shiro. “We found this place on Google and it was close to our hotel. We all loved it. Everything is made on site or grown locally. My hubby loves "meat porn" so this was his place. When you first walk in, they have their homemade meats hanging in a meat locker. I thought he was going to lose his mind! Pizza and dessert was beyond fantastic! It all is fresh AF. No joke. “On 02/09/2026, my wife and I dined at Signature in San Antonio, Texas. We were overwhelmed by the service and the menu. Our server Catherine guided us through all four courses. We were amazed by the freshness of all the ingredients and the presentation. The quail was exquisite. The beet salad was to die for, and the venison melted in your mouth. The fried oysters and crispy salmon were amazing. All the staff were very attentive, but I must give high praise to our server Catherine, who made our special evening even more special. “I went with my mom and my sister on Thursday afternoon. It turns out they’re more of a take out place but it was a nice vibe and the lady who helped us was very nice. I got the Eden Salad and sweet potatoes. We ended up taking our lunch to go. So good! It was a big portion so it actually lasted for two meals. I’ll order them to go next time but will definitely order again. Highly recommend if you like veggies and fresh tasting food. I wanna try their other salads next time.“
