All the dishes were great. This is our new favotite Italian restaurant.“

The dining space is simple, but quite lovely, and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Service was excellent and perfectly balanced in attentiveness. With hours of 7 AM to 4 PM, this is a breakfast and lunch place, with a varied and adventurous menu that caters to meat-eaters, vegetarians, vegans, and diners in need of gluten-free alternatives. On my first visit, I had the excellent spicy fried chicken sandwich, with sides of home fries and a wonderful arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, quinoa, and a balsamic vinaigrette perfectly blended between sweet and acidic. I look forward to returning again and sampling the extensive breakfast menu. Plenty of beverages are available, and there is a stately espresso machine that speaks to a restaurant that means business when it comes to coffee. This area of Potranco has been in dire need of a sit-down coffee house alternative to Starbucks, and ELISE CUISINE is it. I’ll admit that I was initially a bit cowed by the menu prices, but the portions are very generous; I left with half my meal unfinished, so I was really getting two meals for the price of one, and in truth, virtually all the dine-in, non-fast food alternatives in the area are similarly priced, with nowhere near the ambience and elegance. I plan to be a regular at ELISE CUISINE from here on out.“

“On 02/09/2026, my wife and I dined at Signature in San Antonio, Texas. We were overwhelmed by the service and the menu. Our server Catherine guided us through all four courses. We were amazed by the freshness of all the ingredients and the presentation. The quail was exquisite. The beet salad was to die for, and the venison melted in your mouth. “We have been eating at the Thai Restaurant for nearly twenty years, through four owners. We really have to say that the current owner has better food and service than the any of the previous owners. My husband always orders the green curry, which is just spicy enough for him, whether he asks for a 6 or 10 on the spicy scale. I try to order different plates, from the Pad Thai, which is always delicious with nice, firm noodles, to the Basil Fish, which is a fresh tilapia filet with lots of fresh stir-fried veggies. Everything is always fresh and clean. And the service is great, fast, efficient and very nice. We highly recommend the Thai Restaurant, for lunch or dinner, or both!“

“Hole in the wall, tiny, but authentic and delicious. We bought the egg rolls, beef soup with thin noodles, and spicy lamb soup with thick noodles.

If you’re debating between thick and thin, yes thin is recommended by the restaurant and that’s because it’s easier to eat and soaks in a bit more of the broth. But if you like thick noodles, go ahead and just get thick because if you’re a fan of thick, thin will pale in comparison for you.

Both beef and lamb were very good. I think I prefer beef a little more though just because the lamb was a bit more gamey versus tender. And the beef broth had deep layers of flavor that you can taste if you let it sit in your mouth and taste. The lamb was very flavor forward versus the beef had depth in flavor. At first taste, lamb tasted better but just my personal preference I prefer beef. The lamb was also spicy so maybe it was harder to taste that depth of flavor if it had any because there was a forward spice.

The egg rolls were amazing. We loved how hot and juicy the veggie egg roll stuffed with noodles were. Probably one of the best veggie egg rolls I’ve had.“

My husband remembered from his childhood how close the planes would fly while coming in to land at the airport so we decided to visit again. Best choice ever!
