I understand that if you alter an order you may be charged a different price but if you can not be asked a simple question without flying off the handle and being dismissive and RUDE, then WHY ARE YOU WORKING IN THE PUBLIC. The front counter cashiers were basically mute the whole time and didn't speak loud enough to hear, our order ended up still being wrong after basically an argument with MOD. wont go back and I warn people to go to this location, McDonald's shares a parking lot... save yourself the trouble. “Im not sure. I may not have been born in the right time period. It really puzzles me sometimes. Im probably wrong, but I think you shouldn't have to ask for 1 pack of salt with your meal. 1 pepper. 1 sweetener if you purchased unsweetened tea or something like that. Some things should be complimentary and you shouldn't have to ask for each one. If you only have 1 type or brand of sauce, then add one with a meal that usually goes with it. Like a ketchup or something. If people want more, then they should have to ask. You know what I got in my breakfast meal. Zip. I had to ask for each thing I wanted. Kind of ruins the mood, you know. I dont know anything. Don't pay attention to me. Just an old lump of coal. Not even going to be a diamond some day. Lol“

“Been through the drive thru numerous times with no problem, but this morning we went through the outside lane and watched 3 vehicles go through before they took our order, when at the window the young lady proceeded to give me an excuse that you have to pull up to a certain spot or they don't know your there, we were parked right in front of speaker and menue board like every other time. If there really is a problem it needs to be addressed whether it's the person or really the equipment and end the lame excuses, I notice that by some other complaints this happens frequently at this location“

“When we had a problem with our mobile order Quinton behind the counter was quick to help and made things right. The service I got there. I wish I could get at a lot of other fast food joints in town. I will be coming back as I'm a regular at the casino down the street. “What a welcome change to the FAST FOOD INDUSTRY. You can actually get fresh healthy Vegetables with your food. Like all FFood restaurants there is the fatty fried stuff that is good but not ver healthy. Here you can get stir fried food, broccoli ? yummy green beans ? bell peppers, onions, water chestnuts, cabbage, carrots etc all mixed in with your meat choice. If you want to try healthy, I’d recommend this ffood chain.“

“The service actually is not bad, but they got every part of our order wrong. We didn't find out till we were 15 minutes down the road otherwise I would have turned around. It's not horrible but when you order a sandwich with all the fixings and all there ends up being are pickles and the chicken, it's a little bland“

“We had the daily special which was fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, beans and bread and when I tell you it was absolutely delicious, I don't lie about food!!!! Plus it was only $11.50 which in this day and age is a fantastic deal. Don't sleep on this little hole in the wall. It's well worth it. 😉“

“I brought my daughter in to use the bathroom the other day (we’re potty training) and when she was done she grabbed a bag of chips and I told her to put them back. Some VERY nice lady on the line said it’s ok and to take them to which I replied thank you so much! The next night I came back to get a sandwich and she was there again but not in uniform and was telling me about the special things she does for the kiddos! I will definitely be back to this subway it was so welcoming and the lady was so sweet!“

“I love my local Taco Bell. The service is always amazing. Even whenever I forgot that my card was locked and had to spend 5 minutes digging out change to pay for my lunch. I mean it's Taco Bell you can't really say much about the food, it's food it fills your belly. But I cannot say enough about how amazing the service is.“
