“We feel like keeping this place as our little secret, but we absolutely loved the food. If you like Vietnamese food, check out Four Sisters in Mansfield. Everything was delicious and the chef has a real heart for sharing his cultural heritage through food. I only took one picture before we devoured the excellent fried wings. We also shared shrimp dumplings, wonton in chili oil and garlic noodles with shrimp. 😋“

“We ordered the deep fried catfish on the phone beforehand because it takes about an hour to prepare. We still had to wait about twenty minutes after the allotted time. The food has a very at home feel. The sauce is different than I’ve had before for summer rolls, it’s pineapple based. The catfish was a little bland, but I think that it supposed to be that way because they want the sauce to shine. A unique experience!“

“We have been here 2x now. And the food was good. The second time we came was just for a Togo order but when I say the staff went above and beyond they were so sweet and the food was good of course. They made our girls day end really sweetly!“

“My girlfriends and I had such a PHENOMENAL dining experience at Pho Pasteur in Arlington! The food was absolutely amazing! My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the young owner Van is so incredibly professional, kind and handsome! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a delightful time. We will all be back soon! I’d give his restaurant 6 Stars, if possible! Highly Recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
