“Friday I went into subway for 1st time since reopened. I want to applaud the employee serving at 3:30. He had several of us in line but he stayed focused on customer at hand..He worked at making each sandwich like the person wanted. He never got rattled or complained- just did his job and did it well. He had worked at Subway in Organ years ago. He did a great job!“

“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“I love eating here. tonight left a sour taste in my mouth . last week I ordered extra cane sauce. it was left out when order was being checked. I explained reason. cashier checked with mngmnt as I was standing there, manager told the young man that he can't be giving out free food. so what does the young man do? he pays for it. once I realized what was going on, I advised the young man I could pay for it BUT he wasn't giving away FREE food! “I have been coming in here twice a week for the last six months. I must say it’s my favorite Quick food place. The people are courteous. The food is great and they never mess up an order, nothing but huge kudos for this restaurant. Actually, I’ve been coming in here the last 10 years and they’ve always done a great job! The manager is always super friendly and so is, I don’t know her name but the lady who normally works the evening cashiers shift for years is so so nice, really if you’re tired of the same old burgers and chicken sandwich come to this fresh hotspot you’ll love it.“

One thing I’m mad about Portillo’s do you see how my peppers are all stirred up in the meat? You were supposed to put the peppers all together on top of the sandwich, not stirred in with the meat please retrain the cook. Who does this you’re not supposed to mix up the meat with the peppers on the grill the peppers go on top of the sandwich at the end.“

“The cashier Roberto was very pleasant. He also was the cook,and the food was ok. I only disliked the fact that they were out of onions for the cheese steaks and also out of bone in wings. You should not run out of wings. Very disappointed. This is not the first time this happened.“

“No playground- I saw a picture in a review that showed a playground, so I wanted to clear that up. Otherwise, no complaints. Was worried about parking because there aren't that many spaces, but we went right at dinner time (6:00-6:15pm) and there were at least 2 available spaces to chose from“

“Stopped there on Wed. last and ordered the new cheese steak sandwich. Looked great and I could not wait to try it. While talking to Hudson, who took my order, I asked what kind of cheese was on the sandwich, he told me white American. Yikes, hey Arby's, a cheese steak sandwich REQUIRES provolone cheese, American cheese is for bologna sandwiches. Anyway, I asked Hudson if I could cancel the sandwich, which I knew I would not like. He did not blink an eye and got the charge refunded. I had the classic RB instead. He was nice, friendly and very polite, something not found very often at the fast food. Well done Hudson. “I stopped by on my way back to San Antonio a few weeks ago. My food was good, no issues to note, but the best part of my impromptu visit was the interaction with Zachary at the drive-thru. He was professional, kind & seemed to enjoy his job ... it was refreshing and much appreciated. So much so that I called the store to let the Sammy, manager on duty, know and I found that Sammy was just as pleasant. Thank you all. It's easy to file a complaint, but equally as easy to file a kudo.“

They were both very helpful in taking our orders correctly and made sure we received our orders as soon as possible as they were helping with the large number of orders in the lobby and assisting with the drive thru orders. “First and foremost, the biggest disappointment is that there’s no longer a Long John Silvers in the City that we live in north any nearby cities so we had to travel a few miles meaning hours to this location. First walking in, we were immediately greeted by the cashier who simultaneously was also taking orders. Her greeting was authentic and friendly and welcoming. Have fun making our order. She was so loving and caring by the way her name is Jackie!!! .❤ there is no way you want better than seeing her as soon as you walk in with the service that she provided with above and beyond it was literally 5 Star service as if I ordered $150 steak wrapped in gold! Thank you Jackie for making this not only a wonderful experience for me, but I want full experience for my husband and everyone who got to interact with you today! In this day and age we are very lucky to have you!

Love that the meat is sliced fresh for each sandwich and they keep it simple with just the basic veggie toppings. The Mike's way makes the sandwich great. Appreciate that they take extra time to mark which sandwich is which when there is more than one order. And that they wrap the food well. We are getting sandwiches at least once a week and food is consistently good. Facility is always clean.“

“I LOVE zaxbys, let me tell you, I WISH I had one closer to where I live. Never have I been disappointed by any zaxbys and this one is certainly included. Fresh fries, toast, chicken MMM, just perfect. Always good service, easy enough to get into, GREAT FLAVOR and prices are decent. I dont know why Zaxbys is slept on here but this is good ol southern flavor right here, and i lived in the deep south. Oh my gosh I lived without having one and it is life changing.“

It’s totally unacceptable all they have to do is say we don’t have any or something the dining area is dirty Yeah so that’s my experience as a paying customer today“
