“Friday I went into subway for 1st time since reopened. I want to applaud the employee serving at 3:30. He had several of us in line but he stayed focused on customer at hand..He worked at making each sandwich like the person wanted. He never got rattled or complained- just did his job and did it well. He had worked at Subway in Organ years ago. He did a great job!“

“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“I love eating here. tonight left a sour taste in my mouth . last week I ordered extra cane sauce. it was left out when order was being checked. I went this evening, requested a cane sauce at no charge. I explained reason. cashier checked with mngmnt as I was standing there, manager told the young man that he can't be giving out free food. so what does the young man do? he pays for it. once I realized what was going on, I advised the young man I could pay for it BUT he wasn't giving away FREE food! “We love the Chicken express on Hwy 46. Norma is always excellent along with her staff. Absolutely the best. Very clean, quick, hot food, cold drinks. Unbelievably the TOP one and we've at several that are either too salty or dirty.“

“I heard about this place because of the CEO burger thing that McDonald's CEO started. I was in an area with one nearby and decided to try them. I had heard good things about it. I got the single patty cheeseburger with fries and a milkshake, as well as their oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was okay, nothing to write home about; it was a little dry in my opinion. The milkshake flavor I chose was root beer. It was a good milkshake, but it made me think of a root beer float, and I was missing the fizz from the soda. (I don't know if you would say that's a good thing or not. It definitely left me a little confused, lol.) Still a solid shake in my opinion. The fries reminded me of Five Guys fries but thinner. They were seasoned okay, but they left much to be desired. The real star of the show was the burger. It tasted like a real beef burger, and the toppings were fresh. If you are coming here, you are definitely coming for the burgers, which I can say are pretty good. It also doesn't weigh you down after eating. I would definitely be going to the chain again in the future whenever I can. I would definitely recommend it; I think it's one of the better fast-food burgers out there especially for the price.“

“I have been coming in here twice a week for the last six months. I must say it’s my favorite Quick food place. The people are courteous. The food is great and they never mess up an order, nothing but huge kudos for this restaurant. Actually, I’ve been coming in here the last 10 years and they’ve always done a great job! The manager is always super friendly and so is, I don’t know her name but the lady who normally works the evening cashiers shift for years is so so nice, really if you’re tired of the same old burgers and chicken sandwich come to this fresh hotspot you’ll love it.“

One thing I’m mad about Portillo’s do you see how my peppers are all stirred up in the meat? You were supposed to put the peppers all together on top of the sandwich, not stirred in with the meat please retrain the cook. Who does this you’re not supposed to mix up the meat with the peppers on the grill the peppers go on top of the sandwich at the end.“

“Stopped there on Wed. last and ordered the new cheese steak sandwich. Looked great and I could not wait to try it. While talking to Hudson, who took my order, I asked what kind of cheese was on the sandwich, he told me white American. Yikes, hey Arby's, a cheese steak sandwich REQUIRES provolone cheese, American cheese is for bologna sandwiches. Anyway, I asked Hudson if I could cancel the sandwich, which I knew I would not like. He did not blink an eye and got the charge refunded. I had the classic RB instead. He was nice, friendly and very polite, something not found very often at the fast food. Well done Hudson. “No playground- I saw a picture in a review that showed a playground, so I wanted to clear that up. Otherwise, no complaints. Was worried about parking because there aren't that many spaces, but we went right at dinner time (6:00-6:15pm) and there were at least 2 available spaces to chose from“

“I have lived in NB for 5 years and yesterday after church was the first time and my family went inside and dined in at Chicken Express. The staff was nice and polite, and they brought out our food and drinks to us. The dining room is clean and super cute and cozy! And they play some enjoyable music. I definitely didn’t imagine it to look like it did inside compared to other Chicken Express dining rooms. So next time get off your car and go inside… and sit! 😊“

“Visited the FM78 near FM3009 location and was helped by Jordan and Kaiya. They were both very helpful in taking our orders correctly and made sure we received our orders as soon as possible as they were helping with the large number of orders in the lobby and assisting with the drive thru orders. Great job by both young ladies.“
