Burger King in Mckinney

“Had to call around to multiple locations. This is one of the only locations that actually answered their phone. The gentleman was super nice and polite. He let me know they were getting a truck to restock stuff for the SpongeBob meal. So I drove there today and while I’m not a huge fan of the food, this was a special thing I was doing for my son. The place was clean and the manager was awesome. African American lady with braids or locs was managing everything. Orders, the staff, helped me with my Apple Pay giftcard, the front line, the drive-thru, and DoorDash type pickups. Clearly stressful and super busy but she managed to stay polite and friendly and got the orders pushed and the line moving. So while the food wasn’t amazing (it’s fast food so my expectations were low) the service and cleanliness were a total win.“

“My fav burger king for just mainly dining in and hanging out to eat and watch videos. The food came out quick and nicely cooked. The staff were very helpful (like when I forgot to add cheese after placing my order). Looking forward to coming back again soon.“
