They’re cleaning the lobby and prepping instead of being idle or on their phones like other places. Burgers have great flavor and fries seasoned well. I only prefer thicker patties personally but this is the next best thing to homemade. Maybe a dollar or 2 higher than expected but who’s cooking tonight? Not me 😆“

“We had our sons birthday party at the McKinney location. The staff was absolutely amazing! They had our food ready for us, made sure it was set up & checked on us throughout the party. The food was perfect, the kids loved the playground & they had the heaters on outside due to cold weather. Great atmosphere for any meal.“

“We’ve been coming to Square Burger for years but hadn’t been in a while. We had the best lunch. While the Lamb burger is usually my favorite today I ventured out and chose the fish and chips. It was a huge portion and amazing. My husband had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and it was very good. The best part was the onion rings. Always a favorite!“

“I going 5 stars for now as this was our first visit. Really good burgers though a bit overdone, full bar, and good tap/ale selections. Not very crowded so we go to enjoy sitting at the bar having dinner and a drink or two. I am sure it is much busier during the weekends (we are residents of downtown) as well as when the Union Bear opens across the street (part of the 33 group that Cadillac and The Yard are part of). As it is self service, you have to order at the bar area so I see that getting a bit much if crowded...“

“They're recently opened so they are still getting the hang of it but the staff was nice. It did take quite a while to get through the drive through with only a few cars in line. The slider patties were not quite patties and about half the size of the buns. Still tasty though! Will be back to try again“

“I have been to Chop Shop a couple of times, and this was my second time having Hayley Wessel! She was so attentive with our table as well as the others in her section. Hayley was constantly walking around bussing tables in and out of her section. She suggested some of the top selling items, and I absolutely loved the pretzel bites and the ice cream! When I’ve went in which has been quite a few times, the staff are always so polite and patient. I mostly order through DoorDash, and my food ALWAYS arrives FRESH, never cold, soggy, or wrong. “Went here while visiting the area. This was a huge difference over the Ihop in our city in Florida. This location was better in every way. Overall service, food quality and atmosphere.
