“I had an amazing experience at Crumbl Cookies in McKinney! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The store was spotless, and my order was ready quickly, even during a busy time. The cookies were absolute perfection—fresh, warm, and baked to just the right consistency. You can tell they really care about the quality of their product and their customer experience.
This is such a stark contrast to the terrible experience I had at the Prosper location. There, the service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested, and the cookies were underbaked and disappointing. It felt like the Prosper team didn’t care about their customers at all, while McKinney’s team went above and beyond to create a delightful experience.
If you’re craving Crumbl, skip the Prosper location and make the drive to McKinney—you won’t regret it. This location has restored my faith in the Crumbl brand, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“Amazing lunch spot. Sandwiches are made on fresh in-house baked bread. This bread is made with European flour.... the sandwiches were tasty & the soup delicious ! They have a lot of cakes & pastry. Everything we tasted was amazing. They even offer GF cakes.... not one or two but so many options. The seating area is small & tables are a bit rustic looking. The service & food though was so worth it. It's a must try!“

“I would like to start off by saying that Tiffani the owner is awesome. Her communication, and kindness is awesome. Which is very important to me. Now on to the 3 tier cake that she made for my daughter’s birthday. She designed it perfectly and it tasted great. The cake is super moist and the custard that she use for the filling was amazing! My daughter loved her cake and loved the taste even better. Thank you Tiffani. We will be back.“

“Well…I have been a loyalty member for years now. I have recently shied away from Panera because of a few less than awesome experiences. But…today was a new day! Tomatoes soup, balsamic chicken greens with grains, and tropical green smoothie. Was the best food I think I have ever tried or had at a Panera! Nina was working the front and was amazing. She is by far, hands down the best staff member I have ever encountered at ANY Panera. The customer interaction sets the tone and she was a good hire. Give her a raise! The only complaint I have was an odd smell in the restaurant. I’m sure the staff can’t even detect that sort of thing after working in the back all day. Just a suggestion to the management to check out drains and ventilation. 😉“

“OMG,in my opinion,it's the Best donut place in McKinney.Im never disappointed with my purchases.These people at Best Donuts have really good food at reasonable prices The staff is kind & attentive.They'll even heat the food up for you if you want.They do have a dining area.This is a friendly place,it's a comfortable place to visit.Most of the time, you're in & out in no time.So if you like donuts,good hot breakfast sandwiches,hot coffee etc.They do offer different types of beverages as well.Stop by & check out Best Donuts in McKinney,I don't think you regret it.I never do❤️
Kid-friendliness: I think kids will enjoy,I mean how many people don't like donuts.They're sweet & fun to eat.The kiddos would probably realy enjoy the variety of colors, sprinkles & jelly filled donuts,chocolate milk etc.“
“The store is clean and pretty well stocked before the weekend. My only gripe is that there is not enough check out open, and enough, I mean 1 express checkout and 8 self checkouts open. I work hard at my job 50hrs a week, I don't want shop at Walmart and then do somebody else job by checking myself out. I'm not getting paid for it, I'm not getting a discount for it, because it's not my job.“

“Per my recent review about flies in serving cases and food continuing to be served, La Madeleine asked me to post a review so I could be better responded to. Make it known that over a week later still no response. Please know this is not an isolated case of 1 or 2 flies. This was a total infestation“

“I’ve been coming here for years and the owners are amazing people that will do their best for you. Food is well prepared and they make sure it stays warm (not all locations are as lucky). I’ll go out of my way to pick up stuff from here instead of going to a Shipley’s that might be closer, it’s all about the effort and the details. I recommend the Shipley Bold’s!“

“So I just got home a bit ago from picking up a box of sample cakes…. Oh my gosh. So delicious! They are supposed to be mostly for a lazy weekend with movies but my son and I had to try them at least! He doesn’t eat cake and inhaled a third of each slice and then kissed the box when I told him we were done tonight! We will be coming back! Thank you so much!!“
