“Taco Casa is the only place I know where the lite shell is available. Very lite and crispy....yuuummm. The Taco Lite is my favorite but no fixings please. Ordered two. Ate one. Took the other home. Next day ate the second...WHAT?...where's my sour cream? You can't forget the sour cream!!!“

Called them up, explained the situation and he offered to remake it or just add a credit. Mistakes happen in every aspect of life, it’s how those mistakes are handled that define a business. “I have deleted my past bad review because their service has really changed in four years. I use their app every morning before work. I make my order in my driveway, I just live down the street, and then say I’m sitting outside for pickup when I’m there. I have never had to wait very long and my order is always right. I do have to say that I do feel bad for the staffers who have to fun the food out to the cars in -4 degrees weather because I was told that they can’t wear gloves yesterday when I used them last.“

“The girl that made our food is a caring sandwich artist. She meticulously places every item evenly. I even watched her in the background, make a to go order and looked like the elite chicken & bacon ranch, and it looked almost identical to the picture. She didn’t even know anyone’s watching her and still made sure the Togo order was going to be perfect for her customer! Love it!!“

“The new big Mac chicken sandwich I got yesterday why did damn people give me 1 piece of chicken& 4 Pieces of bread that made me mad but damn It was bland didn't have any flavor no salt or pepper I wasted almost $11.00 and my gas that was not a good deal,. sign mad as heck come y'all have to do better than what you're doing“

“Good employees are difficult to come across in this day and age- the people that work here are all very attentive, helpful, and friendly. One time one of the owners of the place took my order, just a regular guy doing regular work at the counter. The food is great, reasonably priced, well portioned. The dining room even during a busy lunch.“
