“We don’t have these in Kansas City so I stop every time I spot one! This time I found it on the way to the airport… pro-tip… a meat burrito with extra cheese fit perfectly in my empty Yeti water bottle and made it through security. However they did happen to open it up out of curiosity. It got a good little chuckle out of them… Like I was smuggling a burrito. Highly recommend the meat burrito with extra cheese!

“Not adjusting the overall stars, but curious why the screens in the stalls cannot be fixed. Stalls 13 & 11 have been out for several days. 12 has been out months. Service is always outstanding and this is my favorite Sonic, which is the most important factor. Just seems like tech issues are being ignored and not addressed.“

“The girl that made our food is a caring sandwich artist. She meticulously places every item evenly. I even watched her in the background, make a to go order and looked like the elite chicken & bacon ranch, and it looked almost identical to the picture. She didn’t even know anyone’s watching her and still made sure the Togo order was going to be perfect for her customer! Love it!!“

“Great customer service tonight. Picked up a carry out order and when we got home, the thin crust was missing several of its toppings. Called them up, explained the situation and he offered to remake it or just add a credit. Mistakes happen in every aspect of life, it’s how those mistakes are handled that define a business. Appreciate you guys owning up to it and taking care of it. We’ll definitely continue ordering from here. Cheers“

“I ordered my food and had to get up to check on it after over 38 minutes and saw others who ordered after me were served and left or were eating. The young men who handled the situation did a great job and never raised their voice or made excuses. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Well done guys.“

I hadn't had Wendy's fastfood in a longtime & went to this location & they are menu item & register knowledgeable in my correct order & payment method using app exclusive deals at the register scan code. Fresh hot fries & chicken sandwich with self serve fountain drinks & large chocolate Frosty. Gre'eeaattt!!“

“Thought I was missing an item so I circled back to check. They let me know I was crazy but were so nice about it. They started preparing of what I thought I was missing as I was coming to the window so once I pulled up they insisted I could have them. It all came out great and I really appreciated the courtesy and the free food! Thank yall!“
