“One of a kind experience 1000% of the way! The vibes were very good, the food was absolutely delicious and filling (definitely try the ribs and steak combo with a side of the broccoli casserole). Our waitress/server Tiara was very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu items and all around, gave some of the best service I've ever experienced out of all the places I have visited to eat. She sold me on a few things I definitely need to try once I come back. Definitely worth coming out! :)“

“I frequent this location often. Maybe once or twice I've had lukewarm chicken. Here lately, I have asked to have fresh cooked chicken. Every time the staff have said sure no problem it will be a wait. My chicken was hot, juicy and fresh. I love this location. Beto, you Rock!! Thank you“

“I guess this was to be expected. We went for Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey was dry, they had stuffing and not dressing. The kitchen staff could not keep up with the high volume of people so a lot of the side items was not replaced for over 45 minutes to an hour. I ate more of the regular menu items than I did the Thanksgiving Dinner items. Sweet Potato Pie, Pumpkin Pie, sweet potato souffle or the ham. The organization was completely horrible. My daughter stood in line for over 30 minutes trying to get her some turkey just to learn that she was in the lounge for the steak that is grilled in front of the customers. Whoever planned and organized the cook station should have separated the turkey and ham from the steak grill. That would have shorten the long wait in line that 95% of the customers experienced.“

“They had candy bars on”sale” but they were stale…when I tried to return some later that day at the one on I 35 between Dallas and Waxahachie I had a horrible experience with that MOD there. I had a receipt but because I was a few miles down the road they wouldn’t return it, and not only that but he went on and on about how it would hurt his “record” if he returned anything, even though I had a receipt from that same day 20 miles away. He wouldn’t even return an $.80 purchase. If I just asked for 1 refund. It was a ridiculous experience. I will never go back to that store on I 35. Also that store continued to sell the stale products on his shelf, even though they were told they were stale as well. finally they didn’t ask for my number so I could get points and they clicked the button so quickly for me, I couldn’t put my phone number in so I had to return everything I bought after that and I had to re-purchase it again to get the points. So, I was there at 2 stores to buy a few things for over an hour and the worst customer service at the one on the way to Waxahachie“

“The wife and I tried there brisket and ribs this evening and it was really good and I definently recommend you try them if you enjoy delicious smoked food and grab a fried pie while your there. No more soulmans for us because Baker's is definently not stingy with there meat . priced better and tastier food . Staff was extremely friendly as well.“
