Order Items: Super Taco, Combination Burrito, Nachos, Soft taco, and Chilada.
Store: This store was super clean and very inviting! The floor, tables, order area, what we could see of the kitchen, and the condiment areas all were spotless. The men's bathroom was also extremely clean.
Staff: We were greeted by two of the staff, one at the counter and one in the kitchen. Everyone was super kind and represented the store wonderfully! If I was the store owner, I'd be proud of the team from this night!
Order: Our order was taken and then read back to us looking for errors. Our order was also made fresh right before us and was quick to be served. Everything was piping hot and wonderful!
Food: We felt the nacho cheese needed something. While it was hot and fresh, it was also plain. We ended up mixing in salsa and lime juice. We also felt that the taco meat needed a tad more seasoning. Other than these two things, our food was next level great! While we did add some seasonings and such at home, the food was hot, portions were great, and we very much enjoyed our meals!
Summary: We'd give Taco Casa #72 a 4 3/4 Stars if we could!

“I just received some of the best customer service I’ve had at fast food restaurants and certainly the best at any Taco Bell I’ve been to. A1 and helpful employees. “The food was amazing, and the prices were very affordable! The chimichanga was to die for — perfectly crispy and full of flavor. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The lady at the register kept ignoring us when we tried to order, and when we asked questions about the food or drinks, she just stared without responding. Once she brought the food to our table, her attitude completely changed — probably realizing her tip was on the line. On the bright side, the older lady working there was very sweet and friendly, which helped make the experience a bit better.“

“my wife and I moved to the area recently for a temporary work assignment and we love eating here. Honestly, my wife just left the house to get dinner for tonight from here. After living in Honduras for a year it’s difficult to find legit non-texmex Latin food sometimes, and I’m appreciative of being able to get solid tacos, burritos, and tamales within a short drive. My only suggestion is to provide some tamales for the store without having to pre-order the day before.“

“Friendly and efficient staff. Food was good amd came out fast. Bar drinks are also great. Dwayne took our order up front and provided great service. He mentioned that this stored needed reviews and asked us to provide an honest review if we had time. No complaints from our visit.“

“Love this place! The food is amazing… and their customer service is top tier. We ordered delivery through them and they partner with uber eats. Uber stole my order and the manager told me not to worry. He said they could remake the order or refund us and they would worry about getting their refund from Uber. Amazing!“

“I love Costa Vida! Being from Idaho, I was afraid I would never be able to enjoy Costa Vida sweet pork once I moved to Texas. I’m so glad I found this location and it doesn’t disappoint. One meal is reasonably priced and well portioned. I personally love the salads because the cilantro ranch dressing is to die for. Make sure to grab some horchata and chips & guac while you’re at it. The employees were all very nice, quick to prepare our food, and very helpful with any questions. Can’t wait to come back whenever the craving hits!“

“The food was great! My niece referred us to this place and we decided to check it out. Everything was great! The food was very good and portions were great. Our server Steve, was very pleasant and offered great recommendations. I hope he gets to see this review. Thank you for your wonderful service. Also I want to thank the manager Tony for giving us a mini tour of the restaurant and for the information he provided about having events there. “Family outing, the food was amazing. I want to confess that I'm not a major Mexican food eater, but On The Border has my vote. Instead of having beef fajitas, they were able to substitute the beef with Mushrooms to make it Vegan, it was prepared well and so so so delicious😋 Sorry I forgot to take pictures but take my word for it, it was yummy 😋😋😋 I will put On The Border on my list for a nice place to eat and are willing to turn food into a vegan meal. I was happy.

“This place has all the Mexican treats you love. Churros, agua frescas, ice cream, mangonadas, and lots more. They have board games to play, the staff is very sweet and helpful. The popsicles are delicious! Glad we found this place because I like supporting small family businesses. Great alternative to chain fast food 🫶“

“This place was low key great! I was super skeptical that it was in a gas station. But it did not disappoint! The ladies were very nice. The prices were great, only $5 for two HUGE tacos with bacon, potato, egg, cheese and sour cream. The breakfast tacos were delicious! Also loved the red salsa. The only downside was it took 25 min to get through like 6 people 😅“

I called last minute to every single place around Mansfield to get 70 tacos, everyone wining that they needed 2-3 hours in advance, this guys were the ones who immediately said yes and get them ready in less than 45 minutes, my customer and the participants approved this tacos.
We need more businesses willing to work and take even last minute calls.

“Portion size was eh, but didn’t have the best tasting food. As a faithful qdoba lover I was disappointed I drove almost 30 mins for this.
Bought 2 bowls chips and queso husband wasn’t impressed with his food neither. Not the best qdoba experience 🥺

“I had to go early to pay so someone could pick up for breakfast. The food was good, and I left my paper of who wanted what, and they even boxed then individually and added names. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast tacos, and I got myself a burrito the day before, and it was very tasty. The lady was alone and washed her hands after every customer.“
