“My husband and I had date night tonight and decided to go to one of our fav spots, again. We've been going to Brandani's for almost 10 years. As always...our experience was superb, so I am taking a moment to give a review:). We're ALWAYS happy. The staff is top notch, the menu is consistently delish, we love the atmosphere, and it's a sweet bonus to be greeted by the Brandani's themselves. Whenever we find ourselves free to have a date night we can always rely on Brandani's for a lovely evening. Well, I somehow bumped my glass of red wine and it splattered all over my face and shirt tonight...but because the Brandani staff is so wonderful and we feel at home, it was easy to laugh off and continue to enjoy our evening together. Ha. Two thumbs up. As always! 🥰“

“The BEST ceviche I’ve ever had!“

“My husband and I are in Houston for his cancer treatment at MD Anderson. Needless to say, not a trip for fun, but it’s his birthday today, and we wanted to get out of the hotel at the hospital and celebrate just a little. Because he has stage 4 stomach cancer, his dietary needs are limiting, so eating out can be difficult. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. This being our first trip to Houston, we know little about the area, and our cab driver helped us decide on Navy Blue. Well, can I just tell you, they were soooooo accommodating of our needs!!! The chef went out of his way to prepare some special items for us, so my husband could eat. Though his portion size is limited, he thoroughly enjoyed his food, as did I. I ordered a small appetizer of baked in butter Prince Edward Island oysters, simply prepared, and oh so delicious. My husband loves oysters, but they haven’t loved him since he’s been sick. He even had one, and enjoyed it. My husband also loved the cheddar biscuits, and seaweed butter, I couldn’t believe he was able to eat the whole biscuit. They have a simply prepared section in their menu, and you can order your seafood pan seared in olive oil with simple seasonings. This was great for his situation, and he had beautiful pink juicy gulf shrimp. I had the Dover sole, and it was perfectly prepared and boned tableside. Gorgeous presentation, and the fish was absolutely delicious. I ordered the sautéed spinach, and he the creamed potatoes. We shared those, and both were delicious. All the staff were well trained in service and they were super attentive. Our server was magnificent. Thank you Navy Blue for showing us a lovely night out, in an otherwise difficult time. We highly recommend your restaurant to anyone in the Houston area looking for fabulous food, fabulous service, and exquisite attention to detail. This place is wonderful!!!“

“Fielding's in Riveroaks was a delicious culinary experience for us. From the moment we were welcomed in to the bright space and warm energy of the staff we knew we had stumbled upon a gem in Houston. Our meal took us on an unexpected journey with cultural influences of Asia, India and France. This is not your everyday steak house. it is so much more. The passion of the chef came alive in our mouths from the Butter chicken, to the charcoal cabbage and amazing lentil dish we savored every bite. “Our first experience with Bellagreen was scrumptious! We were visiting Houston and googled for gluten free vegetarian meals. Very thankful our search led us here. The atmosphere was relaxed and the aesthetics overall were spot on. I had the seasonal harvest salad and it was nothing but perfection! Everything was so fresh and made a beautifully colorful plate. My daughter tried a veggie burger for the very first time and she loved it! Keep up the good work Bellagreen. see you on our next trip!“

“It's safe to say that this restaurant is a new favorite for me! The service, the food & drinks, and the atmosphere were stellar! I was pleasantly greeted by Dante who was so kind, personable, and very accommodating. I sat at the bar for dinner and had the privilege of being served by the very talented bartender, Phong. He was so funny and couldn't make a drink wrong if he tried! He's a true craftsman when it comes to making drinks, and he does it so effortlessly! The food was AMAZING as well! Dante recommended the kimchi carbonara and he did not steer me wrong! I damn near wanted to lick the plate! LOL!! My only regret is that I hadn't tried this restaurant sooner. I'll most certainly be coming back!“

“Mezza is our go-to restaurant for years and consistently a hit with friends and family. The food is flavorable and the menu has many different choices for the picky eaters and those who may have various food restrictions i.e. vegetarian. If you haven't been to Mezza, this is a must try restaurant.“

“Had a great lunch at BellaGreen! I ordered the blackened salmon with a Caesar kale salad, and it was absolutely delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—with just the right amount of seasoning. The kale Caesar was super fresh and had a nice balance of flavors, not too heavy. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!“

“I am a hotel guest and didn't want to drive anywhere for dinner. I decided to give Birdies another try. (3rd time visiting) I ordered a smash burger without the egg or bacon. It was cooked perfect!!! Burger and fries was hot. Before I knew it, I ate the whole thing!! Ok Birdie, you have redeemed yourself from my 2 previous visits. “Huma was an absolute angel — sweet, efficient, and got us seated faster than I can say “Is there a wait?” (there wasn’t, thanks to her magic).
Then came Fabio, our waiter, who was so attentive I started wondering if he could read minds. Either that or he just really knew when I needed a refill and a life update. 10/10 service with a side of psychic ability.
As for the food? I would have taken a picture… but the plate was empty before my phone even unlocked. I blacked out somewhere between the first bite and licking the plate clean like a hungry cartoon character. No regrets. Just crumbs and happiness.

“This is a multistate chain that is focussed on tacos. They have a standard menu and then seasonal options. Breakfast tacos also all day. The team at this location was helpful and friendly, even when I showed up 10 minutes before closing they were great. The shrimp taco was excellent and I enjoyed the fried avocado taco though the amount of refried beans on it overtook the avocado by a bit.“

“I live in Georgia and True food kitchen is my favorite restaurant in Houston. I’ll go every weekend if possible! Food is delicious, I would suggest ordering the ancient grains bowl. Service is great, I always enjoy having Stephanny as my server, she is very kind and helpful. She has the best suggestions ever! 100% recommended!!“

“We had an amazing experience at Balboa! Starting with the complimentary valet, which was quick and friendly service. The entry to the restaurant was super nice and a great photo opportunity spot. Kyrah took excellent care of us during our visit, and we loved the team style service. It felt like we had a team serving us, and they are so quick and quiet that you can continue to hold conversations and visit but someone is always near if you need anything. Kyrah took special care to "refresh" our cocktail glasses when we finished about half of our drinks, and made excellent recommendations. The food was absolutely amazing. Our table tried the fried shrimp, oysters, spicy ahi tuna roll, crab cake, Post Oak ribeye with pureed potatoes, salmon with the most delicious and unique salad, and heirloom tomatoes. The cocktails were delicious, including the Gold Rush, Rum Dum, and el Guero. The restaurant vibe is romantic but fun and sophisticated and has an open kitchen concept where you can see the food being made if you care to watch. I will most definitely be back and can confidently recommend this place to anyone!“

“J Alexander's, previously known as Merus Grill, has been my go-to destination for a satisfying dining experience for myself and my clients. Their menu boasts a range of delicious and generously-portioned options. On our most recent visit we enjoyed the grouper and ahi tuna salad for lunch, but I highly recommend the prime rib with Mac and cheese as a side for those looking for a truly remarkable meal. The service at J Alexander's is consistently top-notch, with April's exceptional service being the highlight during our visit. We will certainly be returning for dinner soon!“

“I’ve been to Flight Club a few times and it’s always been well managed, fun, with great food and service.

Parking, however is no longer free in the garage. The sign was quite inconspicuous (on the floor by the exit??) which led to people getting tickets from “Parking & Transportation Compliance Inc.” from Florida. I believe they have added pay to park signs on the pillars inside the garage now, so be sure to scan them or you’ll get a $45-$85 fine.“

“HOLY SMOKES! The dinner menu here is AMAZING. We came with friends and tried so many dishes and truly they were all so good, I was blown away. The mashed potatoes are the best I’ve ever had!!! Short rib French fries Short rib grilled cheese Salmon Chicken Caesar family Mac and Cheese Steak with Chimichurri Literally everything was so so good!!! Also the team here is so fun and nice. We have loved coming here for drinks — but I hadn’t come for full dinner until tonight and I think this is going to be a new staple in our date nights!!!! — BUT ALSO THEY HAVE MOVIE NIGHTS FOR KIDS ON WEDNESDAYS!!!“

The coffee was rich and aromatic, setting the tone for a great meal. The turkey sandwich was perfectly balanced and the avocado toast with salmon was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. Terrace 54 is definitely a must-visit for both its delicious food and attentive staff.“
