“I went to Urban Bird Hot Chicken craving something spicy and ordered the chicken sandwich with a medium heat level. The chicken was crispy on the outside while staying juicy inside, and the heat had enough kick without completely overpowering the seasoning. The pickles and sauce helped balance everything out, and the fries were a great side. Definitely a satisfying choice when you're in the mood for hot chicken.“

“I went there to check it out the food and employees are great the manager tim is a very nice guy they heard me say I wanted fish and they made fresh fish and brought it to me so if you want outstanding service I recommend you go che k them out“

Today they dropped the ball big time, they delivered my order to my house mind you a live 3 minutes away and my sandwich was missing I immediately called let them know she said she would get it delivered to me right away and 40 minutes later I still had no sandwich I called back and the leader or who ever she was said she had sent it out right away but the driver had other deliveries… my thing is you messed up my order so now you’ve made me wait an hour to get a sandwich delivered that you missed the first time.so I do not recommend getting things delivered just in case you’re missing things you won’t be priority to receiving the items missed.“
