“Food was delicious. Had the injera with beef. The lentils on the place were my favorite. Having this combination is a mouthful of flavor that you have to try at least one time. It’s a great find here in Murphy and authentic Ethiopian cuisine.“

“Stopped in today with my hubby. It was wonderful! Great ambience with cool wooden floors that the owner installed himself. Who, by the way, is a super nice gentleman. We had a blueberry scone and hot fresh croissant from the oven and they both were excellent! Baked with European butter as described by the owner/baker! We washed them down with a hot mocha and cappuccino that were chef’s kiss perfect! If you haven’t been, just go. You’ll be glad you did!“

When we walk in the men at the cashier didn’t greet us, but The lady walk through from the back immediately noticed me and very loud greeting makes me and my husband feel very welcome.“

Our server was rude, and didn’t seem like she wanted to wait on our table, she was dismissive, never checked on us, and randomly slammed the check when we weren’t even half way through our meal. Jayda was friendly to all her other tables except ours.“

“My cousin and I visited the Cafe this morning for breakfast. Our waiter - Phillip - was amazing! However, the food this time was a little disappointing. My cousin ate her grits and I had the Frech Toast. We also had bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not cooked the way we wanted. A new order was made, but still not satisfactory. And it was very salty. So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.“

“Promenade is such a nice cozy café. The owner is friendly. She acknowledges us and welcomes us back everytime we go there. I thought that was a very nice personal touch. Whether it be after a long day at work or a busy night with sports, I have something ready for dinner in just minutes. I can’t say enough about the food. Everything is delicious. We have yet to eat something that we did not like. I like the fact that we don’t eat the same food over and over. I always look forward to what the menu will be for the next week. “First timer and I will be back!!! Coffee is absolutely delicious. We purchased some chocolate chips cookies (they were warm and so good!), the gelato is so fresh!! We tried hazelnut, chocolate and strawberry. I can’t decide which was my favorite but they were all absolutely delicious! My husband had a blueberry muffin, super soft and as he said “yummy tasting!” What a gem we found. The people are super friendly. We will be back! It’s quite spacious inside as well.“

She had a line to the door before and after I arrived and left today and Mia, working by herself, had a big authentic smile on the entire time. She’s been doing this here for decades. Homemade ranch dressing was light and not oily! \nI had the club sandwich. Everything was cut thick, ham, turkey and fried bacon. Everything was fresh! \nThey have Mexican food on the menu as well and served chips and salsa when you arrive. \nThe ice tea was fresh and offered sweet tea and wasn’t icky sweet 👏🏻🙌🏻. “Try the Avocalada-you won’t regret it! Way better than Smoothie King when it comes to texture, flavor and definitely when it comes to price. I probably will never get Smoothie King again if there is a Tropical Smoothie nearby. Very clean inside. This matters! So many places let the cleanliness of their business go and it always irks me. I have no interest in eating somewhere that’s dirty. Can you say cockroaches? Yeah, hard pass. None of that here! Professional employees and they put my smoothie out really fast. Definitely be back.“

“Boba latte, a place where they serve great boba and take pride in their customers! I practically live down the street from this place and come here every other day. Out of the many times I’ve been there, I had 1 small bad experience. Management personally called me and apologized for that circumstance. A friendly call can go a long way and so can simply letting your customer vent. When all the other boba places close their doors, this place is still open making the best boba in town! I’m happy to have found my spot. 😊“

“Saw good things about this place and decided to try it. Was glad I did! The atmosphere was super laid back; nice and chill. The staff were some of the most friendly and helpful people I've ever seen. They took the time to help me understand what their offerings were.

I got the citrus tea with a jelly and chicken poppers. The person with me got a frappucino, which was great, and a breakfast Waffle. Such a great and unique experience.

Sucre Cafe also has board games, was playing R&B atmosphere music (through great sounding speakers) and overall fosters an intimate environment. I'll be coming back here often. Just figured outbthisbyesr their crawfish is tasty and well cooked.“
