My husband suggested we visit Mi Cocina, as it is conveniently located near our residence and had received a 5-star rating online. We arrived around noon today. Our server, Jairo, was helpful in recommending a dish, which proved to be delicious, featuring a combination of various appetizers. The food was warm and served promptly. Jairo also suggested drinks, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff consistently displayed friendly smiles, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Jairo and the staff deserve a 5-star rating from us.“

“Plano Plumbing had cleared a frozen pipe last winter. We did not hesitate to call Plano Plumbing this August when we experienced an internal 2nd floor wall blockage, and also needed 2 faucets replaced. Mario was dispatched and arrived right on time. He and his assistant respected our home, and went right to work having tools and supplies at hand. They finished all tasks in less than two hours and left the work areas in spotless condition. They even allowed me to watch and educated me on their process and solutions, giving me DIY tips for the future. I can’t say enough good things about their management, professionalism and results. The work saved me a good amount of time, money and grief. As my wife said, “When you have the best, why go elsewhere!!!” We wii stick with the Gold Standard….

“Great place! The plating of the food was fantastic, as were its flavors! Relaxed, inviting atmosphere and gracious staff. Gorgeous interior. Total package. It's not always easy to make a "fancy" looking plate with tex-mex... Very nicely done.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Diverse menu but not TOO much to get lost your first time. Each time the order has been accurate and the food is DELICIOUS! This morning I went in to place a to go breakfast order and the employees were very courteous. The restaurant always looks clean too. “My daughter and I came here for Sunday after church lunch. It was busy but we didn't have to wait for a table. Our waitress was nice and very attentive. I ordered an alcoholic beverage which I did not finish because it was completely alcohol. It did not taste very good at all. Our food however, was very good. My daughter gos a burger with the queso fries, and I got chicken and shrimp pasta. It was all so good. Definitely no complaints other than the alcoholic beverage. I ended up just drinking sweet tea. The bathroom was clean and the atmosphere was very inviting and friendly. Much improved from the last time we went about a year ago.“

“we came in last night as a party of about 40 was being served and we were told there would be a 45 minute wait. we decided to wait around cause i had a feeling they were over quoting the wait time to pace the kitchen. the wait ended up being just 15 minutes. as a previous manager of a restaurant, i can’t help but wonder how many customers they scared away with that wait time. i believe you should seat empty tables so that guests can wait at a table and just explain that the kitchen is catching up from a large party. anyway. the service and the food was great. honestly, my only single complaint was how many times our server called us all “baby”. to my kids, that’s sweet. to myself, it seemed insincere and made me feel like i was in daycare. to my husband, i would say it was disrespectful had she not said it to us all about 45 times. it just felt like overkill. again, previously being in the service industry, i believe “baby” is not how you address adults. especially to a man sitting beside his significant other… might say it to the wrong couple one day. i am sure it’s just her habit, but maybe she could practice different replies. price was good and atmosphere was that of every other chili’s.“

“I gotta say, I gave this lil spot a shot and it did not miss, 1st off let me say I love how the cooks are wearing a chefs uniform that make it feel some type of way a special feeling like that care about what they are cooking. I got the 3 taco plate lil pricey for a typical mexican spot on taco Tuesday but I know why when I ate my 1st bite I fell in love the rice and beans hit the spot with full of flavor just incredible. I drove 1 hour for a job and hit this spot and let me say its saved inn my Google maps as favorites they hit the spot for tacos, beans and rice and im not a rice guy“
