“We got the bbq fries, sausage, brisket, street corn, mac n cheese, and apple pie. The bbq was very soft and tender! Tasted good on its own and accompanied by the sauces. Portioned and priced very fairly. Service was excellent, the girl taking orders at 3:00 on 9/6 was very friendly and patient.“

Bbq was edible baby back ribs. Okra peach cobbler. The beans were gross undercooked they ran out of cornbread so I cot a piece of gross toast.
I had ribs at another spot down the road next day these were better

“My husband and I went last night on a double date with friends and they were packed! The wait was longer than normal but every second is worth it for the steaks we always order! Cory was our server and we enjoyed every minute with him. He was so attentive and apologetic about the wait. 10/10 recommend“

“We came in around 6PM and a worker told us that they were about to close. My group of friends had to leave to another restaurant afterwards. My friend might have found the love of his life had he not been refused service. Yeah they don't like money I guess.“

Out of all TX BBQ restaurants, this restaurant has my number 1 large chop beef sandwich and number 1 pinto beans which are free when dining in and number 1 loaded baked potato with chopped beef. The turkey and chicken are top notch. The BBQ sauce is top 5 for me. I have eaten here dozens of times.“

“I got food through the drive thru. It was good. I had a sloppy joe sandwich and French fries. The sandwich was really good I'm not a huge fan of the BBQ sauce, personally. It's soupy/watery and too twangy for me but it got the job done. I'm from Chicago originally so we do it differently 😏“

“Blue Ember catered a wedding in Hope, Arkansas this past weekend, and let me say it was exceptional. I have worked over 200 weddings as the DJ, and this was the best BBQ and sides I've ever tasted! I also cook a lot, and Blue Ember does it right! Smoked sausage, brisket, pulled pork, beans, potato salad...all incredible! The staff was amazing as well. They make their own sausage and different flavors of BBQ sauce that made it all stand out! Really, really good! I ate too much and was miserable on the drive home!
