I ordered the brisket and the jalapeno and cheese sausage, both of which were fantastic—they didn't require sauce, but the spicy BBQ sauce was a tasty touch. And don't forget about the peach cobbler—it was delicious! The staff was excellent, and the entire eating experience was amazing. Continue your excellent work!“

“My husband and I went last night on a double date with friends and they were packed! The wait was longer than normal but every second is worth it for the steaks we always order! Cory was our server and we enjoyed every minute with him. He was so attentive and apologetic about the wait. 10/10 recommend“

“No complaints at all just went here with my 18 wheeler and could get around the back of the building easily, great customer service definitely coming back only constructive criticism I can say is the food wasn’t as hot as I would have like but that’s nothing the oven didn’t fix but other than that great job“

“We came in around 6PM and a worker told us that they were about to close. My group of friends had to leave to another restaurant afterwards. My friend might have found the love of his life had he not been refused service. Yeah they don't like money I guess.“

“I travel all over the Texas triangle for work eating at the top 50 best BBQ restaurants plus other BBQ restaurants and this restaurant is very good. Out of all TX BBQ restaurants, this restaurant has my number 1 large chop beef sandwich and number 1 pinto beans which are free when dining in and number 1 loaded baked potato with chopped beef. The turkey and chicken are top notch. The BBQ sauce is top 5 for me. I have eaten here dozens of times.“

“I got food through the drive thru. It was good. I had a sloppy joe sandwich and French fries. The sandwich was really good I'm not a huge fan of the BBQ sauce, personally. It's soupy/watery and too twangy for me but it got the job done. I'm from Chicago originally so we do it differently 😏“

“My husband and I had been seeing their sign on our many trips to Texarkana. So today we tried it and the food was delicious! Ate still I couldn't hold anymore and still have to bring a bunch of my leftovers home. The people are super friendly and checked with us several times to see if we needed anything else. “Blue Ember catered a wedding in Hope, Arkansas this past weekend, and let me say it was exceptional. I have worked over 200 weddings as the DJ, and this was the best BBQ and sides I've ever tasted! I also cook a lot, and Blue Ember does it right! Smoked sausage, brisket, pulled pork, beans, potato salad...all incredible! The staff was amazing as well. They make their own sausage and different flavors of BBQ sauce that made it all stand out! Really, really good! I ate too much and was miserable on the drive home! Grabbed some extra to eat for lunch on Sunday, and it was remarkable again! 10 stars! Don't even think about using anyone else! Best BBQ hands down.“

The waitstaff was so attentive. It was such an enjoyable experience for my family and I, and definitely one of the best restaurant meals we’ve had in quite some time.
