Kept cleaning his working area as he went I noticed the health board score on the wall was a 99 ?????? I made sure to let him know I appreciated the great service and to keep up the good job. Is soooo far an in between to come across good people providing good service the service industry needs a lot more people like ??Tony??“

“**I DO NOT RECOMMEND** UPDATE 2/20 My parents had me order for them via the app. Two Classic Chicken Sandwich Meals. No Pickles. Both my receipt on the app and the physical receipt they give me both show "No Pickles". This would mean there should still be mayo, lettuce and tomato. Nope. completely dry. No mayo or other toppings...but they are both LOADED with extra pickles. Unfortunately I had dropped the food off at my parents' and went home when my mom called and told me about the error, otherwise I would have taken it back. It just keeps getting worse there. ----------‐------ 2/17 The slow service and lack of communication in their drive-thru is beyond ridiculous. Being the only fast-food restaurant in town and being right off the interstate, I understand it gets busy. But at least acknowledge someone sitting at the drivethru or the window instead of ignoring them for literally 15 minutes. Honestly, I don't mint having to wait in the evenings...just let me know if and when you plan to take my order...I frequently order in the app for lunch break or dinner after work. I am a teacher and have 30min. I have had to leave my order multiple times due to no one coming to the window or answering at the speaker. Their excuse is "we got busy". It has been like this for several months now. I will be driving to the other towns or ordering door dash from nearby towns during my lunch break because the service here is horrible.“

“I never have high hopes for food places in small towns, but we went to Devine Acres and I was starving. We stopped here and I ordered the steak finger basket. Everything was made fresh. If my food is hot, I'm happy. I would suggest you turn the heat down on your gravy before you face a lawsuit. It burned the crap out of my tongue.“

“Great customer service. I ordered last night a #2 and when I got home it was a #1 that I did not order. Went there today and explained and they were apologetic and rectified the situation. I always order there and am a frequent customer and they have always been kind. To know that this is the first time I’ve had an issue and they fixed it with professionalism was a breath of fresh air. I will continue to give me my business to companies that respect my hard earned money and recommend others to patronize them as well.“
