Great concept with even better food! Weekend brunch menu is great, and the new full bar is a great place to park-up eat (and have a drink) real quick. Reservations are recommended when they have live music, can get very busy depending on the artist(s)!
We had heard good things about The Birdhouse, but unfortunately we were a little disappointed. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with the pasta salad. The sandwich was good, but not amazing. I didn’t like the pasta salad so the server brought me the Mac n cheese which was amazing. My husband got the hot chicken tendies and felt the same - just okay. The mashed potatoes were average. I’m not even sure where to start!! Tasted my wife’s Nashville Hot Chicken and WOW!!! Mine and my father chicken friend chicken cooked in duck fat was phenomenal! We have went a couple times during lunch and always impressed! Birdhouse keep up the great work and damn good food!
