“Passing through heading back to Houston … w/my Basset Jellie.
I ordered crispy chicken salad, 3 tacos and for Jellie a grilled chicken patty - they made it happen! They cut it up for her and even served it in a cup on a little bed of lettuce. They also gave her a cup of water without asking. Perfect!

I don’t eat Dairy Queen too often, especially in Houston, as long as I can remember this location has always been great, and clean!!!!“

“Cashier was a tad clueless. Had difficulty correcting order that she assumed I wanted. Outstanding burgers and onion rings! Fast food lunch order 1 combo, one sandwich only and only 1 drink too high at nearly $35.00! Would love to eat more often here but can't afford it.“

“First time eating at Canes. Food is pretty good. Chicken fresh and moist. Sauce is great. Service was good. Would eat here again. Only things is while most tables were empty, I could only find one clean one and the music is far too loud. Couldn’t even have conversation due to the volume.“

Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

No customers in the building. The cashier and cook were both on their phones, and there were no greetings at all. As I ordered, I witnessed the cook dig in her nose, pick a booger, wipe her mouth, and return to her phone, only to put gloves on and grab the food! I voiced what I saw to the cashier twice, who didn't understand the nastiness I had just witnessed. I canceled my order, and they did not care.“

“I went through the drive thru and ordered a beef taco salad, got it into my car and dropped it destroying the salad. I went inside to pay for a replacement salad since it was no fault of the store. They replaced my salad at no charge even after I explained that it was my fault. Thank you for great customer service!“

“Been here several times. Good food and service. Solid burger place with good chicken sandwiches as well. Fires are also solid. They seem fresh cut, not sure though. If you’re looking for a good burger you can’t really go wrong here. We did have one time where the burgers were dry, but that can happen anywhere. It’s been consistently good otherwise. Sorry for not including pictures. I’ll try to add them next time.“

“Any time I’m in Tyler, I stop by this location to grab a sandwich. They are always upbeat and friendly from the moment we walk in. Today there was a situation where the gentleman in front of me draped his hand over the glass, and they politely asked him to not hang his hand over the food and the man made a scene. The employee handled the situation very maturely and even offered an apology to me for the behavior even though they did nothing wrong. I will continue to frequent this location not only because I love the sandwiches but because I appreciate the stellar customer service! Thank you to the staff for providing me yummy and germ-free food!“

“I usually eat here every Tuesday during lunch. Even though they are very busy, I don't have to wait more than a few minutes at the counter. The food is always good and fresh. The parking lot is large, but usually pretty full. I am amazed at how many people they handle both in the store and drive thru. I have always been satisfied with the people, quality, and value.“

“My experience at this chick fila was phenomenal. First off, I only had $10 to my name, and I was honest about in being broke and not being able to afford the number 1 meal. I was able to pay for majority of my meal but was 6 cents off. The employee was super kind and payed the 6 cents that i did not have.“

“I’ve eaten fried chicken my whole life and this is truly terrible. I know it’s brand new location but come on man bring back the donuts. Only one of my 4 dogs ate my order first sniff. That tells me something. They are country boys and eat most anything. Come on do better.“

“I've been craving Sonic for a while, but all the ones around me are absolute garbage. I've always liked Sonic but having enough bad experiences will turn you off entirely.

I was on a little road trip heading back to Houston from Tyler, and I know from when I lived in Frankston that this location has been here for many years. I figured if it hasn't shut down yet, there's probably a good reason.

I was right. The burger I ordered was cooked perfectly, tots were crisp and freshly fried even at the late hour I'd visited, and the food runner was a really friendly young man.

The only reason I knocked off a star is due to the touch screen at the bay I was in being completely non-functional. I would've been happy to leave a buck or two as a tip, but no amount of smushing my finger on the screen had any effect. I was trying to see if there were some sort of physical buttons I was missing, but no... Just didn't work.

Y'all's employees are really nice, so I definitely recommend fixing that so they aren't missing out on getting a bit extra for their service.“

“Ordered online. One was ham and cheese with additional items added asked to be cut in half with mayo packets: it did not have cheese, it was not cut, no mayo packets. One was unwich with cucumbers added, no cucumbers. Food was good, they just struggle with direction.“

“So I got a slim meal today on broadway and just wanted to say a few things. This is my second visit BTW 1. I've never had a more fresh crispy yet juicy chicken tender in my freaking life. When I took a bite, it busted with juice and at first I was scared it meant that it was undercooked but NO just cooked to perfection. Perfectly crispy, amazing seasoning, perfect tenderness, and of course the smokeyness of the slim sauce paired perfectly with both the chicken and the fries. The toast was toasted to perfect and was still hot with just a touch of garlic, not too much, just enough to pull it all together. Unfortunately I didn't have enough to get a side of the mac n cheese bc I've been dying to try it but I'll save it for next time. Just wanted to say it was very very good!“

“The food always correct. Staff and management are always friendly and pleasant. If you go there enough they learn your name and make it feel like you are walking into Cheers. Best taco bell plus you can easily go see a movie at Amc right behind this location. Highly recommend this location!!!“
