“This is a five star place for me. Of course , they're accurate , this has been a very friendly experience. Based on corporate isn't the one making the drinks I would not be upset at a partner for making my drink not exactly the way I expected , because life has variables. Unless they made a mistake, you're drink as always gonna be a little different. So please they're doing the best that they can. And I believe this is a great team that cares about their customers. I've been drinking starbucks for over thirty years consistently. Most Starbucks, I will not come back to based on customer service, but this shop I'm excited to come back again. I will complain about the prices, though. it's not the shop's fault. I sold my stocks because of some things that corporate is doing. Sometimes I regret tipping. Not. “This is the BEST Starbucks in the entire Pearland, Friendswood, Webster area. The morning crew and manager and so friendly, fast, and great! I will drive out of my way to go to this location because all the other Starbucks can't compete and end up disappointing.“
“Tyriq was a breath of fresh air on the drive thru mic today!!!!! Hubby and I pulled up wanting to try something new but also unsure of what to try. He told us what was in the drinks WITH A SMILE THAT WE COULD FEEL FROM THE BOX! It really makes a difference. “Saturday morning peeps ROCK!!!! I can't attest to the rest of the week, but I've gone here twice now on Saturday mornings, same 2 people working. Couldn't be nicer. I accidentally dropped my drink right after I bought it and they made me a new one. Didn't even have to tell them the drink order again, they remembered (after having helped several people after me). Renewed my faith in Starbucks! EXCELLENT drink to boot!“
“The barista is really nice as she was explaining meticulously about the drinks and what's in it for me. Wait time is average (5-6 mins) in rush hour. The down side is that the store doesn't have a lot of merch, especially mugs to choose :(“
“I needed fast internet for work requirements. I found this Starbucks. The internet, food, drinks, interior space and general building cleanliness are fantastic. The amazing part is the staff. I feel like I’m on an episode of Cheers, as they remember my name even before I order. Highly recommend“
“Always a great experience! Great service and friendly, helpful tellers. I bank online a lot but I take my dog to the drive thru for an outing when I want to go in person. He knows the word "bank" probably means he will get to go for an exciting ride and he sometimes gets a treat from the teller.“
“Stopped by this drive-thru Starbucks and ordered a lavender matcha, but when I got my drink, it was totally something else. It wasn’t busy as I was the only one in line, so I knew it had to be a mix-up on their end.
The worker was really considerate though — they quickly remade my drink and got it right the second time. The lavender matcha tasted okay, not quite like Japanese grade matcha but still decent.
Overall, not perfect, but they handled the mistake well, which made the experience better.“
