However, I’m deeply concerned about the conditions for the employees working outside. Today, with temperatures at a frigid 30°, I saw two employees taking orders and another handing food out in the drive-through.

While I understand the efficiency of the drive-through system, it seems inhumane to subject employees to such harsh weather without adequate protection or alternatives. This reflects poorly on Chick-fil-A, a company known for valuing its staff and setting high standards in the fast-food industry. Surely there must be a way to maintain your signature efficiency without compromising employee well-being.

“I had the Caniac combo! I'm a big fan of their chicken fingers and texas toast! Generous portion size and the chicken is never dry. It's perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside.
If you get the box combo, I recommend purchasing a second Cane's sauce“

The playground is not the greatest, it’s pretty simple and lacking, but it did keep my 3 year old entertained. It appears that it’s supposed to be for toddlers only, but I see bigger kids in there all the time.“
