“Nov 2024 - My family has been coming to this Torchy's location most Sundays for the past two years. We've always liked this location -- the covered patio seating, the friendly staff -- but over the past few months it seems like the place is running like a well-oiled machine. We have several family members who have food restrictions, and our orders have been consistently correct, even though they're full of substitutions. The portions are generous and the tacos of the month are consistently interesting and delicious. We take maximum advantage of the rewards program to get regular free items! Torchy's has been a great addition to the greater Austin restaurant scene, and this is a particularly solid location.

“We LOVE Growlers!! My boyfriend and I met there two years ago!! It's such a cool place!! The BEST pizza in the area for sure!! Great service!! We love Eric!! Sadly, the reason why I can't rate them 5 star, and the reason why we can't keep going every Friday night is because they don't often carry anything for me to drink!! So disappointing!! Obviously, they have the best beer selection in town, but sadly their wine offerings is extremely limited. I've repeatedly asked for Prosecco, but sadly they don't consistently have it available. Please Growlers, order more Prosecco, or give our favorite, Eric, the job!! We miss our Friday nights there!!!

“Welcoming atmosphere. Great drink combo flavors with the right amount of alcohol in it. The daily specials are cool. Pricing is great. Staff is friendly and patient. Tried some sour apple vodka infused pickles, and they were a 10/10.

“We’ve been coming here for years! & I had to hop on today to shout out the extra tasty White Mocha Spice we had this morning. (In the summertime, I switch to layered Iced Caramel Macchiato). If you’re looking for delicious, drive thru (big plus!) coffee then look no further!“

Once again, it was my wife and I and our rowdy group. We stormed in and had a blast! We also had the ultimate pleasure of meeting the owner, who also happens to be the distiller and the brewmaster. Super down to earth man and was gracious enough to give us a complete tour of the place "at 9pm." The bartender was also a freaking hoot! This place also has fun events to attend. “Love it but when I ask for light ice I would really love light ice as I have teeth sensitivity and they always go back and top of my light ice drink with more ice. Then I have to wait for my drink to warm up before I can drink it. Telling them if supposed to be light ice they just pore it into another cup and add ice to it again. Kind of defeats the purpose of light ice.“

“I love this place. The tacos are excellent, the staff is wonderful, and everyone I’ve brought here has loved it too. I decided to order a ton of tacos for my daughter’s birthday party to accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, etc, and they were a huge crowd pleaser! They had my big order ready right on time (I called a few hours early to order), helped me carry it out, labeled all the bags, and sent plenty of red and green salsa (very important!). I love this local, non-chain spot for tacos and more.“
