“My only complaint is the sweet tea and /or Sunjoy , usually at every other locations their drinks are sweet . If you order these "Sweet Drinks" be prepared to drink it watered down, damn near no flavor and should just order water smh. Hopefully they are able to correct this or this store maybe afraid of a little Sugar.“

He was very enthusiastic about explaining the charity they’re accepting donations for, was very attentive when serving us, and was overall very nice to talk to. Even before today’s cashier, we’ve had another cashier who remembered us and has gone out of his way to welcome us when we stood in line to order even though he was attending someone else.“

They offer dine-in, take out, or drive through.I got a chicken dinner to go: original recipe chicken, with fries, and a biscuit. Yes, the fried chicken is a bit greasy as expected, but delicious. The fries were mediocre. The biscuit was very good.I didn't even consider the instant mashed potatoes because I remember not liking them before. I'm not fond of instant. I have not tried their maacaroni and cheese. I do remember their Cole slaw and corn are reasonably good.Their menu offers sandwiches, chicken tenders, as well as traditional bone-in chicken, original recipe or crispy. There are several sides to add to meals, and also desserts. The food was fresh and hot.The service was prompt and friendly.They had plenty of room for a small group.KFC is not a place for elegant dining, but it is nice for a fast food restaurant, especially if you're wanting more than a burger.“

“The service and attention to detail at this location are unlike anything I've seen in a fast food restaurant before. The staff works incredibly hard to ensure that even a quick lunch order feels like an expensive meal experience. For a moment, I truly felt like I was dining in a high-end restaurant.

The manager stopped by to check on us, offered to bring napkins, refilled our drinks, and provided additional condiments several times. They even offered to help us pick up our order. The food was on point, as usual for this chain, but the customer service was exceptional.

Kudos to the management at this location! Keep up the great work, and thank you for setting the standard for customer service. For the longest time, I believed that fast food corporations didn't care about customer service anymore, but you all have restored my faith in it. I usually never get off and dine in but I reeeally didn't want to wait long..and you know what..I'm soo happy I got off and decided to dine in with my daughter..it's soooo quiet, calm..cashiers were kind..and I didn't even wait 2 minutes for them to bring us our food. I mean chick-fil-a is always fast when bringing your food over, but knowing the long lines outside for the drive thru, I thought I was going to wait a while and nope..super impressed.The environment is absolutely stress free..relaxing..beautiful scenery..always beautiful flowers. “I have a churches restraunt near my house on griffin... either I'm missing part of my order, or they will not let me order a family meal all thighs half spicy half original, or my chicken is situated with oil like it's been sitting in the greace for a few hour or chicken taste like its been re-fried because they don't want to make you a fresh batch of fried chicken.... I go out of my way to visit Churches Restraunt on 905 bus. 83 in Mission and they treat me right!!! “This El Pollo Loco is on West University Ave. and McColl, in front of the Lowes Home Improvement store. The building is relatively new and is well maintained, clean, and has a quiet, relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere.

El Pollo Loco is famous for their grilled chicken, salsas, delicious sides, and a variety of dishes entrees starting their chicken; burritos, tacos, chicken bowls, salads, soups, family platters, etc. It's one of the few places that have multiple gluten-free options (I found out since I have a family member allergic to gluten).

The young lady who took my order was friendly, courteous, and patient while I asked questions.

The food really is delicious. It's fast food, but real food, with lots of healthy options at reasonable prices. My family and I really enjoy it and think you will too.

Parking: Free private parking lot and well lit
