“First visit here and found this bar/saloon. A great place to gather and grab a few drinks or so with friends. No dress code, just come as you are.
The downfalls are that there is no food, as of last week (for those who like karaoke) they no longer have karaoke due to lack of customers. They do offer a live band but on Thursdays only. The jukebox will bring back memories with the “best” old songs. Plenty of gravel parking close to the entrance. Pool tables, darts and video games are offered for entertainment. It’s worth a visit!“

I never once felt out of place—everyone seemed approachable and easygoing. Families were enjoying the atmosphere, kids were running around, and the overall vibe was refreshingly relaxed.

“Place was rough 10 years ago. But they put time and money into it, biker gangs are gone, remodel was a huge success. The kitchen is no longer part of the business, it’s a separate business within the bar, and the food is wonderful. The kitchen is open except Monday, and everyone who works there is very nice and friendly.“

“We have been to many mexican restaurants in the area and it’s hard finding something authentic and good ! We have ordered takeout twice and it was DELICIOUS! The second time we ordered,our food was missing during pick up time,but the owner was very nice and made sure to get our order ready! This is our new favorite mexican restaurant in all of Tomball!“

Their commitment to excellent customer service is out of this world mind blowingly amazing!!! The quality and taste of the food was so perfect that words can not give it it’s proper due!!! The drink selection is mammoth!!! This is definitely one of the top three steakhouse restaurants in the Greater Houston metropolitan area!!! That speaks volumes!!! “This is the best mexican food I've ever had! According to our waiter, everything is homemade and does taste like it. I had the chicken mole, and I know from experience that mole takes hours to make. Best I've ever had! The salsa was also so so good! You could tell that the peppers and tomatoes were roasted to bring out their flavor. Sooo good! I couldn't get enough of it! Can't wait to go back!“

“New ownership. Stephanie is super nice lady with great food and ideas for improvement. A friend of my wife and I ate there tonight, really enjoyed our dinner. Avocado volcano appetizer with some delicious broiled oysters. Mahi along with etoufee for our main dishes, both were incredible.

“I have really been looking forward to going to this restaurant but after reading December reviews it appears something happened during that month and I think I'll wait to see reviews from January before I decide. I love the ambiance of the place the fact that it's small and cozy and the menu appealed it to me but if the execution, service and availability is not there then what fronted out as an excellent experience leaves a bad taste on the end. I really hope to read that things have turned around since your last reviews. And do bear in mind that I know that people might complain for reasons that have nothing to do with the restaurant however that being said if they took the time to post it on the site I'm going to keep it in my mind until I read differently. “I am most happy to REPORT.. that CHILIS .. you really got it right. What a difference Jeffrey Saylor makes. Your employees worked together, Your Food was excellent, your staff was attentive, your restrooms were clean, your kitchen CLEAN.. your tables CLEANED as they should be. Your hostess was communicating with BUSER on what tables needed to be cleaned. It can be done.. and it showed tonight. I could not be more impressed. Jeffrey was checking on everyone.. even working side by side with his crew. It was TEAMWORK at its finest. If you tried the CHILIS in Tomball.. and had a just okay .. or a bad experience.. I encourage you to try again. The management matters. They have a manager that works with his TEAM.. not BOSS them. It shows.. way to go Chilis.. and most of all way to go Jeffrey.“
