“So we went to Rodeo Goat for a few drinks before dinner. I asked our bartender, Anna, for an extra sweet bourbon Manhattan on the rocks. This is probably not a common order. She was gone for quite a while and I said to my husband, "She probably had to look up how to make it." Well, she did and it was outstanding. I wish more bartenders would do this!! I have been to numerous upscale restaurants in the area and, honestly, this is the best drink I have ever had. Anna was a delightful, professional bartender and a credit to Rodeo Goat. We will be back. Thanks , Anna, for caring for what you do. Wish we could spread that across the universe. :)“

“I work near by so i always order the burgers for pick-up. They have a drive up window, u can walk up or pull up in your car. I always go inside to pay & pick up my food b/c u can serve yourself pickled whole jalapenos & carrots in a sm -container my fave! Perfect complimentary add-on to a country style burger.
Burgers are fresh & taste great. comes w/ mayo & mustard-super texan. Fries are slightly soggy sometimes but i still find them very yummy. The sweet tea is good, not too sweet. “Used to come here all the time before we moved out of town now we stop here every time we're in town , seen they have new menu we tried the homemade tomato soup and I was skeptical ordering it but glad I did, it was really good even my husband liked it, I was very surprised he liked it lol . Oscar was our bartender he did an amazing job keeping everyone around the bar and tables happy while the other bartender was in slow motion.“

“We had an event there with 30 people, 10 of which were high school girls. From start to finish they were super friendly, patient, and the service was amazing. We requested a shortened menu and they went out of their way to customize it which we loved. We got there at 11 am, right when they opened and we were all sat and had food within 20 minutes. All orders were correct and delicious. 10 STARS!!!!“

“They accidentally gave me the wrong burger, but before I could even walk up to the counter to tell them, I was approached by (I think but never confirmed) the manager asking if everything was ok. I told him and he apologized profusely and said he would get it fixed in just a few minutes. All I was hoping for was the right burger, but he went above and beyond to make it right. I've had worse experiences at other restaurants without an offer to even make it right, so I fully appreciate this level of customer care. The only thing that could have made for a better experience was if I didn't have to eat my burger on a gluten free bun, but that's my own fault.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun available - it's not the best, but gluten free rarely is. It's better than plenty of others I've had.“

“This Whataburger location is great! It really is and sometimes ppl make mistakes which is why it’s a 4 star…..but I would give it 4.5…..but after thinking about it while writing this review I changed it to 5….i can always forgive but I never forget! This place was a LIFE saver during the Dalaska snow storm in 2021…..even thru the storm and the long lines they delivered and recently they forgot to put my patty melt in the bag…..I was kinda upset bc I was hungry at least the kids got their food right.

So when things calmed down I called and the rockstar Mrs Dolores was soooo calm and professional and just a great person explained to me just come back with the receipt and the whole team on notice we will take care of it….any time any day…. Wow lo and behold that was exactly the case….we went she was off but they knew and made me and my tummy whole!!! Well done and thank you from back in 2021 to now we will never forget!!!! They threw a new drink for my inconvenience which was refreshing!“

“After having so many bad experiences with fast food drive through attendants at McDonald’s, jack in the box, whatabuger etc, I decided to try this Burger King today, surprisingly, the drive through attendant guy named Eibira was very professional, patient and kind . I will definitely be stopping by again. Although we had to wait a little longer than normal for the food but the ordering process was not hostile compare my expectations with other drive through. For now, this Burger King and chick-Fil-A are the best.“

By far the best BK experience I’ve had in 10 years. Patty was well cooked and seasoned. Veggies were fresh and the fries were crispy and tasty.

The restaurant itself is CLEAN and they offer free WiFi if you need to work with a strong connection.

“I had a great experience at Steak 'n Shake! The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor — exactly what you want from a classic burger joint. The steakburgers were juicy and cooked just right, and the fries were crispy and seasoned well. And you can't leave without trying one of their milkshakes — thick, creamy, and made to order.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and seemed to genuinely care about the customer experience. They kept the dining area clean and made sure orders were accurate and quick. It's refreshing to see a team that takes pride in their work.

“What an excellent halal place in Plano. The food is very authentic despite being a burger joint. Every burger is very unique and flavorful. If you don't like your burger bland then this is the place to go. And the spice options will really make you salivate. I recommend House burger, Dallas burger, Chicken Cayenne burgers, but you'll probably not be disappointed with any of the options. And the fries are just simply outstanding. This place will give any burger joints a run for their money. Highly recommended.“

“Mixed with a gas station isn’t always bad as long as your customer service is good and your food is delicious. The food in fact was just that, delicious however, they gave me the wrong food so I gave a 4 star. The lady taking my order although busy seemed to rush me through my order. “Come into this location frequently and it’s always a great experience. The food is always good, they keep their drink/condiment area clean and stocked. I’m always super impressed that they make sure the fries are fresh when they hand over my order and even getting a little fry there is plenty. The few times I have had to ask for something the staff get right on it and make you feel like they are happy to help. Honestly the staff here are just always super friendly. This is my go to on a low iron day, so often time I’m not feeling 100% when I’m here, but coming in is always a positive experience and never an extra strain.“

“A lot of Whataburgers have gone downhill after being sold and a lot of them having teenagers not wanting to work run quite a few of the locations. The food tasted just like the old WB recipe we have noticed that the food around where we live do not have the same seasoning and the food is cold and just slapped together by teens that want to be on their phones and not wanting to work. This Whataburger was a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly and hardworking. They were busy cooking, waiting on customers and actually bringing the food to us instead of screaming a number or our name out for us to come to collect. This store has a great deal of regulars because we could hear the customers calling the staff by name and inquiring about their day and family members. The staff would greet several regulars as they entered by name and the manager would come out to greet them and make small talk to the regulars. When we go to my Dr near or to Methodist Richardson Medical Center, we make sure to stop by and eat. We won't be known as regulars, but we sure do enjoy the food at this location and how nice the staff is at this very clean location. There was one time we stopped by after my post op visit and the bathroom floor was flooded. The person we told immediately went into the bathroom to investigate and immediately started mopping up the mess. We have complained at other locations about dirty bathrooms or water on the floor and we have been ignored and nothing happened the whole time we were there. It is so refreshing to see a Whataburger location that takes pride in their restaurant and their jobs and are nice to their customers.“

“I love the food and the large amount of fries that you get. I came to this location expecting the same thing, and they did not fill the bag with fries like other locations. I will not be coming to this location again. I order another fry, and wait for a little bit. I went up and ask for a refund do to having to go. The staff worked it out and got my fries to me and gave me a refund. I give them credit for making it right when they messed up.“
