Chick-fil-A in Plano

“We recently had to take our son to the ER near this Chick-fil-A. We were in the drive thru when Hansel recognized me from earlier, he noticed we were coming back from the hospital. He comped our meal for us without hesitation, I didn't know how much I needed that little gesture of kindness. My son is doing great BTW. Thank you Hansel.“

“The new drive thru is much better and more efficient. It is also much less of a traffic hazard. The food is okay. Service is good for fast food.
The inside of the store needs a bit more work. If you order inside it is much slower and much less organized. If you are looking for a place to go sit and eat this probably isn't the best place.“

“This chick fil a location was recently renovated. The restaurant is clean and there is a play area for children as well as an outdoor eating area. The food is always good and the employees are very friendly. The drive through is quick and they really know how to keep the line moving. It is a great place to pick up breakfast lunch or dinner.“
