“This Chili’s so consistently turns out the food it has completely altered my perception of the chain. Previously Chili’s occupied the same sphere as Applebee’s, the first dinner you have after your parent’s divorce. They wallowed in the mud like filthy children while the real restaurants (Olive Garden, BJ’s Brewhouse) were the places to go for the big family events.
But this Chili’s? The service: prompt. The drinks: cold. The food: precisely what I need the moment I need it. A wise man once said “When you’re here, you’re family.” That man was an idiot.
