We ordered online to pick up, we blind trusted since all the bags we sealed. Everything was right, hot, and was actually good—for fast food. But I wanted to post a positive review because if my sister never insisted I would’ve never went there.“
“This location is SO SWEET! I am not surprised it has 4 stars (amazing for a fast food place). Yesterday I went in the drive Thru, pregnant and starving and ordered through the app, the KINDEST gentlemen I’ve ever spoken to in a drive thru helped me around 2:28pm and asked me if I wanted any sauces since he noticed I didn’t order much on the app. He was SO attuned to helping me, I have never received service like this before, so sweet wish I got his name so he can get kudos from his manager. Younger male. This location is the best!!“
“This location is superior quality. I've been 3 times this year, and something about their food preparation or supplies is noticeably better than other locations near me. Seems like small differences. Two big examples: standard tacos are slightly crispier while tasting less burnt and somehow, the filling (meat with beans mix) is better seasoned... way tastier. Also, the sourdough Jack was perfectly toasted, well sauced, and tomato slices are thicker &/or fresher. To me, this makes a huge difference.“
“The food was good it was given out in a timely manner. the issue was the acceptance by the staff. It seems like they just wanted to get your food and go . It seemed like they didn't want to talk to me,they are when getting off focus when taking my order. for irritated to do it. In all the food was good.

“There are a few good offers in the App. I chose 2 Sausage Croissants for $4.99. I have a Jack In The Box gift card, but the App doesn't allow you to load the funds into it, or use it to pay for your food in the app. Why not, Jack❓ (Jack Ai replied, but did NOT answer my question.) Jose provided good customer service, and the food was good. The parking lot has some areas where the concrete is being repaired. Be careful driving through here.

David answered my questions about the App, and my Gift Card. I took a previous survey, and ordered a BOGO FREE Jumbo Jack with the code. He also gave me some French Fries. Everything was good. The parking lot repairs are finished. The drive-thru is always very busy. The entire restaurant, including the bathroom, is very clean. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service that exceeded my expectations = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! A positive shout-out to everyone who works here!
