“Amazing McDonald’s, amazing employees, the only reason why I’m rating 4 stars is because there was some REALLY loud kids who were screaming and cussing on the playground, and it hurt my ears a lot. But overall it’s one of my favorite McDonald’s locations.“

“Really great McD's location. Well run, fast, staff extremely friendly and helpful!

Update: repeat visits since writing my review, alll have been excellent.
Also, they have the fancy drink machines that allow you to add cherry, vanilla, and lime to your soda.“

“I always love the food from McDonald's. This one, in particular, always gets my food hot and ready when I go. It's not healthy by any means, but it's what you expect for what you pay. I love getting two double cheese burgers for a great price on the deals menu.“

“Made a delivery through there app to be delivered by DoorDash to my house after waiting about 1hr and 30min for my order to be delivered by DoorDash I decided to go pick it up my self every worker was very understanding about the situation and happy to remake my delivery. Would highly recommend if you want great customer service. Great environment for the whole family. Would definitely comeback for the customers service and great food. (The Mc Chicken) 🔥👍“

“I love when I'm in this part of town on the East side of Plano! This McDonald's is well run, fast, efficient, and the employees seem to really love their jobs. I will say that their one ordering board is messed up, but it didn't matter because my order was via the McD's application. Anyway, I would recommend fixing that drive up board. Other than that, this team gets five stars from me!“

“Decent location to get fast food, drive thru can be a wait depending on the night and what is ordered (tends to be the McNuggets). Inside definitely feels new and modern, meaning it looks good but very non-user friendly. Only one register now so orders must be placed through the standing kiosk. Less ability to talk to a cashier or employee as the open counter was replaced with a solid wall. Color design not as vibrant or bright as the old McDonald's model so don't feel inviting to stay inside to eat.“

“This location is 24 hours. I've received mixed service at this location. The sign on the window was inaccurate and discount not given for product though still advertised. They've been out of regular menu burgers which is so strange. I've also not received sauce for nuggets and unsalted fries and these days it's so pricey you have to do better. BUT I've also been assisted greatly by different employees. Lately the employees have been wonderful. I love this location. It's one of my favorite locations.“

“Edgar helped me 11/11/24 around 6:15p - he was gracious with his time and really went above and beyond to make a positive experience for me and my kids. I didn’t have a receipt because I didn’t think I would need it, but now I kind of wish I did to give him the recognition he deserves. I hope someone in management sees this, you have a great person on your team!

Kid-friendliness: My son collects the Mario kart toys and was so excited when Edgar was willing to swap his Princess Peach for the Mario toy.“

“First time to McDonald's in years. Chicken nuggets were hard and barely warm. Reported it to the young super-busy skinny staff at the counter, who offered to make me a new batch--exemplary service. The new fresh batch was almost the best in town--quality. To err is human, but to be willing and accountable to correct for our errors is commendable.

We also witnessed this staff having to patiently deal with an unnecessary amount of immature attitudes from some young arrogant customers. She deserves a huge raise!“

“Has McDonald's goes, the kids that work? There have been working there for quite a while, and are very on top of their jobs. Sometimes you got some kids that clearly do not care, but what do you expect from fast food. Really good environment, and a great play place.“

“Place is clean. Staff are very friendly. As McDonald's go it's very nice. It is McDonald's so hard to find worse food. It is quick. Loaded with salt and fat. An entire days calories in a single meal. They do have a "healthy menu" but nothing on it is fresh made to order.“

“Handed me the wrong drink, but the server was extremely nervous by the look on his face because his manager was directly over his shoulder. I joked with them after they apologized for giving me the wrong drink and not handing me all my food. Said "it must be training day 😁" they both chuckled and confirmed he was a new hire. Either way he was very polite, and I'm sure he will make a great employee. Good was great, but I wish they would have given me enough fries to fill up my large container. I bought a large that was actually a medium. I'll chalk it up to inexperienced fry filling 😂“
