“The food was okay. Got the 10 pc. mixed chicken w/ mashed potatoes & cajun gravy as my side(a medium size) and 4 biscuits.
The chicken was a little overcooked but still good. Mashed & gravy was a little too cold for my liking but tasty.
Biscuits were biscuits

“The food here is ALWAYS so ridiculously delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband and I have been frequenting this place for the past 2 1/2 years and it never misses, always hits. The food is fried and seasoned perfectly. Go-to food items are fried chicken, fish, shrimp, hush puppies and dirty rice. I am so surprised that more people don't know about this place. Hidden gem for sure!“

“Food is always good. Their online service leaves a lot to be desired. I was charged twice on my credit card for an online order and when we got to the restaurant they told us the order didn't go through and that I needed to contact the number on their website for help. Maybe that's the way it works but to just brush me off was not what I had hoped for. I will not go back and we liked going there. The folks working there are friendly but the manager was a little too dismissive of my concerns. Maybe not his fault just ranting here.“

“Earlier this afternoon I was getting a to go order for my wife and went inside ...I get the food....and go back to my truck...and my battery had died....after standing outside with my hood up and cables out.... no one approached me....until one of the store directors....i can't remember his name ....but he came over and asked about the problem and then said he had a jumper pack we tried but failed, but he pulled his truck around and we hooked the cables...within a few minutes...she fires up and I am back on the road shout out to him....he needs a raise 🙌“

“I travel for work all the time and this is by far my favorite chick fil a. they are SO nice and never ever get my food wrong. you never have to wait for long even if it is really busy. literally 10 out 10 I love going to this chick fil a. Every single employee always greets me and talks to me while they are preparing my food which I love. if I could call the ceo and tell them about the kingwood location I would because it is that good.“

“We eat regularly at the Kingwood location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They recently added coloring sheets for the kids and our girls really like that. The restaurant has a always clean and tidy.“

“It just reminds me of the Church's Chicken I grew up with. The flavor was great, the bisquits are good, and the apple pie is the bomb! The only thing I didn't like is the place. I get it is a co-location, but the convenience store where it's at, look bad. A place that look more clean and better set, would earn my 5 stars all accross the board.“

“I don't normally come to this side of town but I was hungry. Stopped here and it was very clean as well as the bathrooms. There were only 3 employees at the time but there were very professional. Did was hot and tasty. Also if you download their app you get 2 free pieces of chicken with a purchase. You'll thank me later when you're hungry!!!“

“I did this review to show I never made a complaint against This restaurant
As a retail manager I understand the severity of reviews and understand employees have bad days so even if I feel that on one day I wasn't treated the best I have visited numerous times and received great service and when I was short and haven't eaten all day the male Hispanic cashier put his own dollar into the register to help me. And has always been nice to me.
He has even paid for my meal to help feed my family“
