“It's obviously a local favorite. The food is good, but not worth a far drive. Had we not already been coming to see the courthouse area, we probably wouldn't have eaten there. The lighting inside was problematic. Blinking from the ceiling fan blade caused headaches (,it could trigger a seizure for an epilepsy patient). Best thing here was the price. Worst thing here was an entire staff wearing Dallas Cowboys jerseys... They haven't done anything in over 30 years. It was the weekend before the Peanut Festival... So everything was nuts.“

“Old favorite of mine. Been going there off and on for 50 years. I used to get the 28oz sirloin for 10$.. now it's a 26oz for 33$. Could had used more flavor on the meat. Still everything else was and always has been spot on. The cool thing is they serve things ya don't find most places. Like calf frys. “

“First time here. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and a bean and cheese Chalupa... But were soo good! Next time I'm trying the Fajitas... when they brought them out, the wonderful smell hit your nose and you could hear the sizzle.. Their dishes are tasty and nicely presented.“

“Passing through, they take Apple Pay by the way y’all. Service was great loved my server Crystal . Tortillas are made here, soft and big. They are not greedy with their servings. This is weird to say but they were the best eggs I’ve ever had. They big also. Not everything is perfect all the time with any place, but it was for me today.“
