“Tonight I drove in late from Lubbock and was excited to stop somewhere. When i went into the restaurant Aaric had just finished cleaning the restroom and it was sparkling clean. Afterwards Aaric and Evan did an awesome job talking me through my order (i ended up getting a spicy 3 piece with a diet coke and fries) and their service was amazing. They were both very friendly and the food came out perfectly. They are model employees and I had such a good time I felt the need to write a review. If everyone had their attitude people would go out to eat much more.“

“I will never forget my experience at Babe’s Chicken—not just because of the amazing food, but because of the incredible kindness and compassion their staff showed my family during what became the scariest and most traumatic day of our lives. I had just gotten my amazing biscuits when I suddenly experienced a medical emergency. My placenta had abrupted, and I ended up almost losing my life in their bathroom. What happened next is something I will forever be grateful for. The entire Babe’s team immediately stepped up to help. They moved tables and chairs in front of the bathrooms to give me privacy and make sure no one could come back there while we waited for the ambulance to get me out safely. The manager on duty went above and beyond. They packed up all of our food, sent it home with my sister-in-law, and told us it was on the house. In the middle of an emergency, when they absolutely could have simply focused on their business, they chose to show compassion and take care of my family. I was rushed to Medical City Frisco, where I had an emergency C-section and gave birth to my beautiful baby girl, Sienna, at just 27 weeks. She is a little fighter, and our family is incredibly grateful that she is here. What could have been just another dinner at Babe’s Chicken became a moment I will remember for the rest of my life. Their customer service was truly top tier, but more importantly, their humanity was unforgettable. During one of the most frightening moments my family has ever experienced, the Babe’s staff treated me with dignity, kindness, and genuine care. Thank you to everyone at Babe’s Chicken who helped us that night. You may not realize just how much your actions meant to us, but we will never forget them.“

“I went to Chick-fil-a today to redeem a free vanilla cold brew coffee from the app. The vanilla syrup was so strong it gave me a headache. Paula gave me some options and re-made my drink. Paula gave great customer service. She was so nice to remake my drink, I don't enjoy complaining and she was very patient with me.“

Unfortunately, their AC was off and being worked on BUT fortunately enough, there are some awesome employees working their butts off in there in the heat
They made sure that we were taken care of and we We’re comfortable.
I couldn’t say enough about how the staff in there tonight was working their butts off and just made my whole night because I’ve been thinking about This chicken sandwich all week!

You get crisp crunch, and a tender, firm, meaty texture. So juicy and flavorful. I honestly didn’t expect much the first time, but it instantly became my favorite new spot in town“
