“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“I love eating here. tonight left a sour taste in my mouth . last week I ordered extra cane sauce. it was left out when order was being checked. I went this evening, requested a cane sauce at no charge. I explained reason. cashier checked with mngmnt as I was standing there, manager told the young man that he can't be giving out free food. so what does the young man do? he pays for it. once I realized what was going on, I advised the young man I could pay for it BUT he wasn't giving away FREE food! I PAIS for that sauce. thank you to the cashier an👎👎👎 to the manager !!“

“I have been coming in here twice a week for the last six months. I must say it’s my favorite Quick food place. The people are courteous. The food is great and they never mess up an order, nothing but huge kudos for this restaurant. Actually, I’ve been coming in here the last 10 years and they’ve always done a great job! The manager is always super friendly and so is, I don’t know her name but the lady who normally works the evening cashiers shift for years is so so nice, really if you’re tired of the same old burgers and chicken sandwich come to this fresh hotspot you’ll love it.“

I had a great experience at Subway today. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with kindness and great customer service. Kenyetta and Kezya were both very friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. They took their time making my sandwich and it came out perfect and fresh. The restaurant was also very clean and organized, which made everything even better. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back again. “Very organized & quick service. The place is clean, seating inside could be a little too close for some. The best thing on the menu is their Italian beef sandwich! We tried the burgers, chicken strips, onion rings and chocolate cake shake. That sandwich dwarfed everything else food-wise definitely something to go back for. Not everything on the menu online is available at the location, a bit disappointing. The price however may not be justified for some but overall everything was tasty!“

“Definitely recommend this place. I got Queso con Frijoles Pupusas (Cheese and bean Pupusas). Mini Tacos with carnitas (with pork meat) and Torta with Asada. Good to know :They only except CASH . Recommend going during the day and evening. The place is a bit sketchy at night but… do recommend ordering ahead of time when going at night. The people at the taco truck are amazing though.“

“The new building is cute. Lobby is so much smaller though. And there were ants on 2 of the tables. They don't have the pump sauces anymore, they just give you packets of it at the counter. But the chicken is still juicy and the hush puppies are still amazing.“

They were both very helpful in taking our orders correctly and made sure we received our orders as soon as possible as they were helping with the large number of orders in the lobby and assisting with the drive thru orders. “I’m not sure if he will ever see this…. However, we met a Bush’s rep named William while he was traveling in San Antonio staying at a Marriott. He gave our family food from Bush’s. We are so incredibly thankful for his kindness and making sure the hotel front desk got us our food. We left early this morning and were unable to thank him in person so I’m hoping he may see this. I’ve been here plenty of times for pick up orders and I’ve only ever seen one person dine in . They do not do the buffet dine in at this location , but you’re able to sit and eat your own pizza at a table . This Place is always clean & the decorations give nostalgia .“

all the options are peanut free so this spot is great for those with peanut allergies, the boba was LIFE CHANGING.

The online ordering said my order would be ready between 10:05 am-10:10 am. When i got there the employee says he just got it and it said 10:30. I was on a time crunch so I asked hot I could cancel the order. He said online. I went online and their system is not user-friendly at all. I tried calling their customer service number listed in Google but when called I received recording that it is bot assigned to anyone. I asked the employee to please make it after ask since I am not able to cancel. Luckily he was very efficient. I tried very hard not to be short with him since it was not his fault, considering how angry I was. I tried to put in a complaint abt the online ordering system on the subway website which was a joke.“
