“On a Friday early evening had to wait 20 minutes for regular fried Chicken. You would think on a very busy night of the week you would have plenty of chicken made. And not just a mountain of chicken tenders or offer thighs only. The person taking our order was very confused should not have been running a cash register during such a busy time. Also spoke with a whisper was very hard to hear and understand. We were not offered our drinks while we waited for our food to be prepared. That seems like kind of a standard thing.“

“I ordered in the app which was more work than it should've been. I was greeted immediately upon entering. The girl confirmed my order went through. Took less than 5 minutes to get it. Great customer service. So happy to have potato cakes back on the menu. It's the reason I came for dinner tonight. French dip wasn't as satisfying as I remember. Are you using different Swiss? Happy to get a free sandwich in the app and cash back for using the UPSIDE app.“

“Let's say this is pretty cool. To go grab a nicely stacked sandwich. Seeing some womderful youth working so well is amazing. The staff really puts a sandwich together nicely. It's not thrown together...smashed up..left out.
Very respectfully executed. Red oak is pretty small so it's pretty cool seeing people you know.
The brownies are delish.
Remember it's not thrown together and gets nicely toasted...so that means a wait.
It would be pretty iconic to actual firefighters items in here since it's local but independently owned and hires locals.

“This location is definitely awesome. Will definitely recommend. They have great customer service and always get greeted. Today I came in to pick up my food and found such a kind note on receipt.
