“I generally have a good experience at this Dairy Queen. The ice cream is good, and while the prices are a little unreasonable, that’s pretty standard for all Dairy Queen locations, not just this one. One bummer is that the hours posted seem to be incorrect.

I tried swinging by around 11:47 on a Saturday. Yes I know that’s close to closing time… But I was craving ice cream. Lol and that’s why stores have posted hours…

They were totally closed. As in no one even left in the parking lot. So, aside from having an accurate hours posted online, I recommend this place. :-)“

“We have gone to this location many times and had wonderful service.
Today, the service was good, but atmosphere was odd.
When we walked in a guy and younger kid in street clothes and headphones were walking around the kitchen. They both walked outside, talked to a teenager in a car, then walked back in grabbed a cookie box. The gentleman in street clothes was about to fill his own order with no gloves or spatula, but An employee( female) walked up and said “ I will do it”.
It’s very possible that he was an employee off the clock, or someone spouse.
It just didn’t give the best vibe of people in street clothes walking around the kitchen.“

“I’m only giving this a positive review for the fact that these 4 employees went above and beyond their job as a customer service front line representing braums! The girl manager of course on staff today with grey hair and glasses was rude and very unprofessional. My kids who are the ages between 5-10 stated “ no one deserves to be treated with that much disrespect”. This manage (didn’t get her name) would call these people out on the floor in front of customers and she didn’t care at all about how rude she was. If corporate doesn’t do anything to address this then I’m pretty sure these employees will be finding other jobs due to her lack of respect of any human being.
See the reason we came is because my daughter loves mint chocolate chip ice cream however, she is lactose intolerant so when she does get to enjoy her favorite it makes her day. They didn’t have any on the line so I ask Nai’ari A. If I can buy a pint of mint chocolate chip and they could scoop it in a cone for my daughter. She said “ she didn’t think it would be a problem since I am buying a pint to take home. Well this manager yelled at her and said “no you can’t just do that “ the moment I walked away. So I went back and asked for a cone to be able to scoop it myself since the manager didn’t seem to care at all. Theses employees deserve a manager with a better attitude and a raise for going above and beyond to making a child’s enjoyment of ice cream happen. These employees are the best and deserve more recognition !!

Every customer received smiling faces, offers on best tasting ice cream with the new holiday editions out, warm welcoming in, and easy check outs! They’re the reason with others I’m sure is why this location is still running smooth not the manager. Yes I asked permission by these employees to make a review because of how they were being treated and they were fine it .“

“Good enough experience with the drive through in the late evening hours. I like that they’re open till midnight most nights. Can’t go wrong with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard! (I believe the prices for the Waxahachie location are higher than the nearby Red Oak one though….)“

There's no sign visible to the street about what the business is.Stopped by on a whim because a bunch of local cars were there and it looked like an ice cream shop.Large cups were $3 and Slam Dunk size were $4. Got add-ins of vanilla cream with my Dreamsicle flavoring for an extra $0.60 - it was heavenly. Well worth the impulsive stop!“

“This is my new go-to froyo spot in Cedar Hill. Only eight froyo flavors, but unlike Menchie’s (the other froyo shop in this same center) the flavors are much more to my personal preference. But even more important, which to me is paramount for froyo, the temperature the froyo comes out of the machine is frosty cold. Menchie’s comes out already melty. I love my froyo super frozen. Several options in the nut family for toppings. Two container sizes to choose from, 16 and 20oz. Parking is easier than Menchie’s as it’s closer to the open lot. I drive an F350 dually, so I appreciate regular parking lots over head-in store front parking spots. Although it does have plenty of head-in parking as well. Owner is very kind and often behind the counter. His presence is quite pleasant. Customer service is always great and the store is immaculately clean!“

“Despite a sudden high volume of demanding customers during dinner, this establishment was well-staffed and maintained a positive attitude. They were clearly overwhelmed but at least three workers went out of their way to provide extra customer service by bringing us our receipt to the table, reassuring us the bathrooms were going to be tidied once they were no longer occupied, and providing what they could when to go supplies got low. I was impressed by how hard they all seemed to actually be working. Training was still a work in progress, but they seemed to be trying. That is unfortunately becoming very unusual in customer service related businesses, especially in fast food. I plan to return during my next visit to the area.“

“Some of the best snow cones in the city!! The prices are more than fair too. I always get a small (12oz, $2.25). The ice is so soft and refreshing, not a single chunk of ice. The cone on top is a pretty decent size too, I’d say it adds about 4 more ounces to the snow cone. 10/10“
